I was very unhappy with them. She talked a lot, charged me for the time, and never fixed the problem. She was a nice person, but not a very good service. I was really disappointed. I would turn the switch on the power would not come on to the outlet. She took things apart, she took lights off and put them back together. Then she told me she couldn't fix it and actually told me how I could fix it. I ended up doing it myself. Then she gave me a bill. She was here about 2 or 3 hours. The pricing wasn't out of line for an electrician. I think I called and she came right over, so it's not a problem getting a hold of her. She was here when she said she was going to be here. Since I was paying for time, we didn't have to chat as much as we did. Something sticks in your crawl when you pay for something like that. I am a little angry about it, though it has gone down over the course of the years. Contrasting her with another company I used it's like night a day. The other guy came and went right to work and was efficient. He had some good advice for something I may want to do in the future. I was happy with the other guy. He was expensive because he was a union electrician, but he got right to it and fixed the problem. So you don't mind paying for something like that. People should watch out for this company.

She is wonderful. She has done smaller jobs for us before.
