Pros: There were 2 cleaners, mother and daughter team. I told them what I wanted done and they did everything that I had requested. I was very happy with their work. They even did the dirty dishes in the sink which was not something I had expected. They were very thorough. They wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. My hardwood floors were so shiny as were the travertine tiles. They spent about 5 and 1/2 hours at my home. Cons: They did stop for smoke breaks (not very long breaks maybe 5 minutes) every hour. Overall: I will use them again - Quality of work was awesome

They were young people that weren't very experienced. They spent a week or more at my house doing a lot of cleaning. They were nice kids, they just didn't know what they were doing. They did do some nice things for me that wasn't in line of what they had to do as a cleaning company, like fixing my plumbing. But in the process, they didn't show up when they were supposed to. They would call after an hour and say they were going to be late for an hour and they would show up 3 or 4 hours later. They would clean until the evening to make up for it. They would leave wet rags up in the shower or leave buckets in the middle of the floor. It was like they were cleaning at home or something. They cleaned my crystal chandeliers and lost a crystal and they were dropping them off the floor. They did an extremely good job in cleaning in the wood ornaments. The mother of one of the guys came and she did the floors. She was very careful with the floors and made sure they were perfect. She also painted my kitchen and that turned out very well. I wanted them to clean the basement but it was starting to get dark. I went down to inspect and it was still full of rotten insulation and sawdust so they hadn't done anything there. I had to make them go down the next day and do it again. They would clean the sink and it would be all stuck up and they would not tell me about it. Everything had to be inspected 3 times. Sometimes they would get it done completely, sometimes they would not. They probably did as good as they could do with their experience level but not like somebody who knew what they were doing.

J and K Cleaning Services came in to my recently-vacated-by-tenants home and did a deep clean on my kitchen and laundry room, both of which were, to put it bluntly, disgustingly filthy. The tenants had "cleaned", and then my property manager sent in someone to clean, but neither job came anywhere close to being clean enough. There was grease and grime caked on the stove, in the oven, and even the inside of the washing machine was caked with dirt and grime. J and K spent four hours on these two rooms, and when they were done, both rooms were spotless. They not only cleaned the shelves, cupboards, counters and floors, they also completely cleaned every appliance both inside and out. They did an outstanding job.
