Very unpredictable. Replaced SOD in my backyard, dead in 45 days, the regular yard maintenance contract, was never honored.

Despite my emergency departure to CA, Jorge responded via email, answering questions, setting up our first clean up session, and arriving with his crew right on time. Excellent job done on our large church property. Thanks, Green Paradise! Looking forward to a long maintenance relationship!

Jorge does a good job but very UNRELIABLE! Out of 4 appointments, one was NO show, no calls nor text. The other two, I got a text late in the afternoon that he cannot make it. I recommended Jorge to a friend, he did the same thing, NO show. It s stressful to work with him as he doesn t stand to what he said. Very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this company!

MOST OF JOB COMPLETED WITH NO ISSUES. ON RETURN IN 2 WEEKS WILL GET THE REMAINDER OF WORK COMPLETE. REAL ERROR WAS PRUNING MY FRUIT TREES WHEN ASKED NOT TO! :( ALL OTHER WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND FAST.

Updated Review: I was originally very pleased with the company, however, my fears came true. The lighting work completed has failed multiple times, the trees they planted never survived and they refuse to correct the work after multiple contacts. Something has change with the team and after giving them multiple opportunities to correct the problems, they have just stopped corresponding. I would warn against hiring them for anything other than basic landscape maintenance. They may have take on more than they could handle. I really like the guys but just cannot recommend them any longer. ORGINAL: We had a major project involving a 1200sq ft patio, sunken firepit, lighting, and a stone pathway. Jorge, Ricardo and Giovanni were excellent throughout the project. They were honest, hard-working, and stood by their work. Definitely recommend this team.

Great work and they got it done incredibly fast.

He was very nice and had a competitive price to grade the dirt and install sod. His truck broke down on the day he was to come, so he came the next day and did the work while we were gone. NO problem. It looked lovely, until we found a large dip in the middle and dead sod by the sidewalk a couple of days later. I called and asked if they could fix it. He made appts then did not show for three different times. When he did come, he did not knock on the door, but came and left. He threw dirt and some grass seed on the two areas. I expected he would fill with dirt and put new sod on top. I paid for an even lawn with sod, not grass seed. Unfortunately, once he received the check he was not helpful. The rest of the lawn was quite lovely, and still is. I just didn't think we should have a large dip in the middle of the lawn. He was very nice as a person, but I didn't feel he cared once he got paid.

They built a stone patio for us that is 300 square ft and rocks were 24”+24”+1 3/4 thick and 80lbs a piece. They took their time to make sure every stone would be square and flat as we didn’t want any gaps. I had 5 bids they were the lowest by far. Showed up on time and did a beautiful job!!

They understood our ideas and were able to improve on them. Work was consistent and reliable. Good communicators.

Green Paradise / Jorge is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. They provide weekly lawn care for our town home complex and do an excellent job. They always get right to work and finish the yard quickly. They will add in additional services when asked and are very reasonably priced.

They worked quickly and efficiently for what they were hired to do. Friendly, hard working, and professional. Beautiful when done. I would hire them again. My only complaint was taking care of plants that were removed from the garden to be put back in after new bed was built.

They contacted me within the hour, came out for an estimate, communicated well about all aspects of the job, arrived promptly, were professional, friendly, industrious, thorough and left me yard cleaned up. I have a treacherously steep hillside to work on and they were careful not to damage my newly planted shrubs and trees. They checked and repaired my drip irrigation system. I would recommend them for any special or continuing service.
