+ -1 moreThe first representative to came out to our house to take measurements of the window. He said the job would be completed within 10 days. On day 11, I hadn't heard anything regarding our project, so I called and was informed our glass was in their office. We scheduled the install for a window of time between 8a-11am the following Friday. We received a call just before the 11am deadline that the installer was running behind as they were short an installer that morning, so he was doing twice the work. The installer arrived at noon. He was very professional and did a great job. Our window looks great. We will probably use the Glass Doctor again, but will keep in mind that the services will not be as punctual as described by the sales people.
Description of Work: We used the Glass Doctor to replace glass panes in our master bedroom.

+ -1 moreTHE PERSON DOING THE WORK CAME EARLIER THAN HIS SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB WHEN HE WAS DONE. YOU COULDN'T TELL HE WAS EVEN THERE.
Description of Work: CAME TO THE HOUSE, REMOVED DAMAGED WINDSHIELD AND REPLACED IT WITH A BRAND NEW FRONT WINDSHIELD.
