Description of Work: My wife and I just bought a house and we was looking to have central A/C installed. We received 4 quotes from various vendors and Frog HVAC was by far the best bid price wise. Once we accepted their bid we were able to have them out the following week and the install was flawless. We were so impressed that if we ever need any HVAC or water heater service that our first call will be to Frog HVAC.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive and did a good job on the install. I think the owner of the company is very responsive, and very customer oriented. I got, via referral, his name and reached out to him. He called me back within an hour. He came out and actually gave me an estimate that afternoon. It was kind of at the height of people starting to get these units installed before the Summer. He was able to schedule an appointment within a week and half to do the install, mainly because he had ordered the equipment. He just overall was great at response and great with follow up. I referred him on to some other people.

Description of Work: On time with all appointments, quote submission, provides options and has shown no inclination to up-sell. Although his quote appears to be slightly higher than the packages offered in AL, decided to go for him because he eared my trust and confidence. So far happy with the install.
