+ -1 moreI've used this company multiple times for routine servicing of my gas fireplace. The technicians arrive on time, complete the necessary service and this time even painted the inside of the unit, as the existing paint was chipping away. I've had other fireplace service companies try to upsell me unnecessary $1500 conversion kits, so very glad that these guys are professional and ethical and do a good job!
Description of Work: Routine cleaning... my pilot light was having some trouble staying on and is now fixed.

+ -1 moreRandy lives close by and gave me a great deal. He installed the pellet stove and chimney. Everything went well and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Fireplace Services to friends and family.
Description of Work: Randy came in to Install a Pellet Stove. He used to have, a show room, and still sells them. Randy wanted everything done to code and my stove was sitting on a floating laminate floor. Randy contacted his brother in law to cut up the portion of the laminate to lay the tile. Tile and Pellet Stove Installation went perfectly.

+ -1 moreAll I can say is on time, professional, polite. Work was done quickly and no mess let behind. Replaced a part that should not have gone bad yet at no charge. I highly recommend this company for your propane fireplace. I will definitely have them back for maintenance on a regular basis. I would rate them a lot higher than an A. . Oh yes, they answered all the questions my 4 year old grandson could throw at them.
Description of Work: Fireplace cleaned and serviced. Fireplace would not ignite and was in need of mostly a good cleaning. Replace a part that was malfunctioning.

Description of Work: We had problems with smokey and feared the damper was broken. The workers quickly determined that the problem was a chimney in need of cleaning. They cleaned the chimney and stove, including the glass and replaced some of the firebricks. They arrived within the time frame promised, set right to work, and did not attempt to sell us anything more than needed. The work was done efficiently and quickly. No mess was left. We'll use them again.

+ -1 moreThey cleaned up everything very well and were very thorough. I was glad that he was so honest and really tried to give me a lot of options. He was professional and the price was reasonable also.
Description of Work: They came to clean my fireplaces. One is a wood burning insert and the other one is a pellet stove. He came to the conclusion that neither of them was working nor safe to use, so he hauled them away.

Description of Work: Removed failing fireplace and installed new one with door, placed and mudded wallboard around it. Gave advice on what to shop for.
