Could not get them to provide a bid or even say wether they wanted to bid my project or not after a month of trying. I had a landscape architect draw up plans and a scope of work. After a number of phone discussions with me and my architect where we answered all questions and a visit to my home. I still could not get a commitment on if they would bid, or not. Then I receive an email after following up that they cannot complete the work based on my time frame!? We never discussed timeframe and I was willing to wait months or longer, if needed for the work to begin. After sending an email saying I was confused by the response and that I could wait however long they needed and that I just need to know if they would bid, I get no response.

The technology they use didn't work for the task at hands.

Squeezed my project in to fit my schedule. The owner went out of his way to make sure everything got done correctly to complete the project before my husband got home from military deployment.

It went quite well considering the time of year (Thanksgiving/Christmas). Our thanks to Pat, who coordinated the whole affair, with professionalism along with her good humor, Dan, who oversaw all progress and, Rick, whose expertise in designing and producing the beautiful cabinetry that will be appreciated for years to come, not to mention his willingness to bend over backwards to please my wife, Brandon whose firm(Rock Solid) supplied the beautiful blue sapphire granite countertop, Scott, Adam and Alvin and Chad, providing gas and electrical respectively, Mark, with his tiling artwork, Plumber Fred, Sheetrocker/painter Dave, and journey workers Steve and Justin to name just a few. All in all it went very well and we are very happy with the results. We didn't budget this project so the cost was just collateral damage to our kids' inheritance.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Everett Builders (Pat and Dan) to do a remodel and addition to our home in Everett. We added 8ft of living space off of our kitchen and 8 ft off our master bedroom with a complete remodel of the kitchen and bedroom. Dan a Pat took care of everything, from the planning, building permits, construction, and the final touches. Pat and Dan were instrumental in helping us with the interior design, and making all the decisions required when remodeling, it can be overwhelming. But with their down to earth professionalism, it was much easier. Not only did we get our new dream home, but we have made great new friends with Pat and Dan If you want your job done right, with real people you can trust, hire Everett Builders.

from the very beginning Dan and Pat Mann were very professional. The price was fair, their employees showed up on time every day, were courteous and respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. The project took two guys approximately two and a half weeks to complete.

Everett Builders were referred to us. We had never built a home before so this was a big undertaking for us. We had no knowledge of the process but Danny walked us thru every stage and made it very comfortable for us. Pat worked with us on the financial part submitting needed paperwork again making the process easy. I am a very hands on person and looking at building plans was difficult for me to visualize but with the help and patience of Danny he went step by step thru the plans to help me clarify room placements. Both Danny and Pat work very well as a team and provided optimal help thru the whole process. They were always available when we had questions or concerns regarding the project. The whole Everett Builders team from Danny and Pat to the various crews that worked on the house were extremely professional and service oriented. I want to thank Everett Builders for the wonderful service and quality of work provided. I would greatly recommend them for anyone looking to build or remodel.

Everett Builders helped my sister and I purchase property and build a home. They created custom home designs based on our input and needs. Both Pat and Danny were great to work with and really went above and beyond helping us. It was the first time we had purchased a home and we couldn't find anything to suit our needs and didn't have existing problems. Initially they were just going to help us do an inspection on potential homes, we were just about ready to give up looking for a home when they offered to check into seeing if they could build us a home in our budget that met our needs. Thanks to Pat's experience and contacts she was able to get us property in a wonderful neighborhood and build the home for us. We had a very tight deadline because of the limited money we had and juggling the apartment rental with our move in date. Danny met every one of the deadlines and didn't sacrifice anything in quality while staying right on budget. To this day we still have people that have come over for various needs, such as appraisals for refinancing and other general home maintenance and they always remark at how well our house is built and the unique floorplan that gives easy access to everything. They don't build your average square box cookie cutter home, they are just as beautiful inside as well as outside and are quick to respond if any problems crop up. Danny put tons of storage space into the design and gave the house some beautiful angles (most builders are afraid of the angles because it is harder to do) without us even asking for it. His interest was to give us a home that would look great and take advantage of the natural environment which would help with electrical and utility bills over the life of the home. They started off as strangers that were recommended to us from a mutual friend and now they have become wonderful friends. I'm proud to have a home built by Everett Builders and look forward to having them do a future addition onto our home.
