Excellent communication. Easy to schedule, confirmation text of the appointment, and a phone call the day of telling me when they would arrive. When we discovered as issue with my septic tank, they explained to me what was going on and what was needed to fix it, and we booked a follow-up for next week.

I want to start by saying, I don't review a lot of companies. But seeing how the reviews are what led me to going with Earthworks solutions and the stress free install they did for me, I want to say, that if you are looking for a septic install of any kind, you don't need to look any further. Pavel, Ed, Dennis and their crew were on point. My septic replacement went as well as I could expect. Pavel was my initial contact. I made him aware that out of all the bids I had, I was going with them. Earthworks Solutions was my most expensive bid. But after doing research through reviews like these, I believe it was one of those, "pay for what you get" type deals. And I believe I chose well. The cost was very high for this project. But if we were going to pay this kind of money, I definitely wanted the best team there was. I researched as much as I could. I met with multiple septic companies. One of the biggest factors for us was making sure we could move into our first home on time. Pavel assured me, that once the permits were good to go, it would not take Earthworks Solutions very much time and that we would indeed be able to move in on time. Permits getting recorded (new to me) felt like multiple hoops to jump through but it was helpful to be able to reach out to Pavel to see where we were at. Ed was my next contact to get started. They brought out their excavator and went to work. I worked with Dennis to finish up the project. These guys were awesome! I asked them all kinds of questions about the septic but also my property and what I could do to make it even better. They were kind and listened which I think is rare. But they were also knowledgeable and gave me good advice. The contracted price on their first bid was the contracted price I paid plus tax. And they went above and beyond by making sure I had the best tanks I could get. They also took extra time to move the remaining dirt pile to where I wanted it. I can't speak for other septic companies. But I can say that I don't need another septic company for as long as I live in this area. These guys are amazing! Very professional, and top quality work. When unexpected conditions were found they were fair on change orders and went out of their way to help save me money throughout the project. Absolutely would recommend!

Perfect clean out

I called Dennis and asked him to give me a price to replace my septic pump , floats and whatever else he thought I might need. This is a 28 year old system and I was concerned that I may have a problem some day so I thought I'd be proactive and get it done before it is a problem.. Dennis gave me a price and I gave him the go ahead and he got it done in a day. Included with the price was relocation of the septic electrical panel and a back flow stop.

These were the nicest guys! They went above and beyond to make this project happen for us jumping through multiple hoops with the city. These guys definitely earned an A from us, we would use them again and would undoubtedly recommend them to family and friends. They answered every question and made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen. They were responsive, timely, professional and all around provided a great experience for us.

My Septic pump had failed. I had already reached out to another septic repair company, but after 24 hours they still could not give me a day they would be available. I called Pavel at Earthworks Solutions and within 3 hours he had Dennis out there to replace my pump. He installed 3 risers and a new drainage pump all in the same day. Dennis did fast good work and I would recommend Earthworks Solutions.

Earthwork Solutions came the very same day we called them to examine our septic system. We needed a new pump which they needed to obtain, so it was the next day before the installation. They provided courteous, prompt service at a reasonable price.

Everything went perfect. Working with the Health department to get the septic permits takes some time. Once the permit was ready they were out there the next day to start work. They completed it on time and the new septic system in Marysville WA was approved in time for my property to close escrow.

Professional and quick to respond, diagnose and repair. What could of been a big headache was solved without issue. Thank you guys.

We had some dirt work need and Ed Nikolin came to our house, very nice knowledgeable, understood what we wanted to do. THIS GUY WAS AMAZING!!!!! not only was he fast (got job done in half the time) BUT cleaned up and also checked in with us to make sure everything was done to our preference!
