Instead of testing the connector to our septic control panel to see if it was bad, which it was. They charged me $1,500.00 to pump it when all that was needed was a new connector. They then provided me an estimate for unnecessary work they recommended for 9k. Please don't hire this company. They are dishonest and will take advantage of you.

Great communication and very quick response. Replaced a main water line that was tricky due to randomly placed utilities and an asphalt driveway getting crossed multiple times. They worked hard in poor conditions (cold, rain, drainage) and did a great job cleaning up and getting the patches in. Pavel stuck with his estimate and I am pleased with the work done.

I was under a very serious timeline getting my project done, as another plumber failed me. Pavel, came out within an hour and a half of contacting them and completed the job in a very timely manner, in addition, it was done to spec.

I want to start by saying, I don't review a lot of companies. But seeing how the reviews are what led me to going with Earthworks solutions and the stress free install they did for me, I want to say, that if you are looking for a septic install of any kind, you don't need to look any further. Pavel, Ed, Dennis and their crew were on point. My septic replacement went as well as I could expect. Pavel was my initial contact. I made him aware that out of all the bids I had, I was going with them. Earthworks Solutions was my most expensive bid. But after doing research through reviews like these, I believe it was one of those, "pay for what you get" type deals. And I believe I chose well. The cost was very high for this project. But if we were going to pay this kind of money, I definitely wanted the best team there was. I researched as much as I could. I met with multiple septic companies. One of the biggest factors for us was making sure we could move into our first home on time. Pavel assured me, that once the permits were good to go, it would not take Earthworks Solutions very much time and that we would indeed be able to move in on time. Permits getting recorded (new to me) felt like multiple hoops to jump through but it was helpful to be able to reach out to Pavel to see where we were at. Ed was my next contact to get started. They brought out their excavator and went to work. I worked with Dennis to finish up the project. These guys were awesome! I asked them all kinds of questions about the septic but also my property and what I could do to make it even better. They were kind and listened which I think is rare. But they were also knowledgeable and gave me good advice. The contracted price on their first bid was the contracted price I paid plus tax. And they went above and beyond by making sure I had the best tanks I could get. They also took extra time to move the remaining dirt pile to where I wanted it. I can't speak for other septic companies. But I can say that I don't need another septic company for as long as I live in this area. Our sincere Thanks go out to Pavel, Ed, Dennis, and Earthworks Solutions. Choose these guys. You will not regret it.

Pavel responded promptly to my initial request to provide a quote to fix a leaking shut off valve in my garage. He provided outstanding customer service, was very knowledgeable in providing potential solutions and communicated with me thorough out the entire project. He ended up replacing the shut off value which fixed the problem and I was billed exactly what he had estimated.

Pavel came out to my house today and gave me sound septic advice. He walked me through the gravity fed system, discussed common failure scenarios, and suggested improvements I could make around my septic area to make it last longer. Overall, I found him to be honest and knowledgeable. If anything else were to happen to my septic system, he is the first person I would call!
