Diane definitely knows the housing market here in the Snohomish County area. She provided us with ongoing, updated information about homes in our price range, in a variety of areas. My husband and I loved our home further north, but needed to move closer to work, so she had a very picky couple on her hands: we wanted a little elbow room (at least a half acre?), a large home, not too old construction, place for a musician's studio, lots of parking, landscaping, at least four bedrooms, two-three bath, AND something in the $450 range - for those of you in the north King-Snohomish County area, you know how impossible that is! We looked off/ on for over a year; Diane never became impatient or gave up on us. She just kept bringing us new listings and listened to our concerns, tailoring her findings based on ongoing conversations. When we did find our new home, she advised us in the whole purchasing process, recommended a very good mortgage lender, and celebrated with us when it closed.
