Description of Work: Referred wifes best friend to them for some work at her house. Wouldn't return phone calls so she went to their office. Got a rude answer that they weren't interested. Appears to need some training on customer service.

 + -1 moreWe found Doug & April fun & easy to work with. DNA built us a custom porch for our yurt, based on the design used in both Oregon & Washington State Parks. Doug did a good job & made some custom improvements. Next up was an outhouse for an "incinolet" toilet. Doug took this one on with no real plans from us other than a basic idea. It turned out great, it's just right. We look forward to another opportunity to work with Doug & April again & have no hesitation in recommending them to others!

Description of Work: Doug refreshed my bathroom doing tile shower and floors, new vanity, lighting and paint. He did everything I asked, was there every day until the job was done and didn't rush through it, making sure things were done right the first time. Doug & April were very nice and I enjoyed both of them during the remodel. They went shopping with us to make sure we got the correct materials but we purchased them, therefore no mark-up on the cost.

 + 0 moreWe needed to have windows installed due to the fact that our home had double hung single pane windows throughout. I contacted Doug after careful consideration of a few other companies including Penguin and Champion. Doug came out on time, professional and did an estimate and also gave me measurements since I was planning on ordering the windows from a local glass company. When the time came to start work, again Doug was on time and started the project right away. Work took approximately 3 days to complete which was pretty impressive considering it was just him and his wife doing the work. The final price was slightly different than the original estimate, but this was entirely expected due to the age of our home (1926). When the last windows were torn out it was revealed to us how the wall they were mounted to was falling apart. Doug offered to fix this and he did it for a very reasonable price. He did a great job on trim and insulating around the windows.
Description of Work: Installed 11 single hung double pane low e windows. Adapted structure around old windows to properly house new windows. Completely installed trim and insulation around all windows. Left the job site clean and in better condition than it was before they arrived. Rebuilt a deteriorating wall and lifted a sagging portion of the floor by installing proper support in that area in the crawl space.
