Having no idea where to begin, we sought out home advisor. We sought bids for mold removal and restoration. We hired CMC Construction for the repair to the wall and floor after the restoration and treatment was completed. Cary Martz is a pleasure to work with. He’s organized, thorough and a communicator. He explained exactly what he was going to do and why. His focus is totally on the job. He gave us a fair bid on the work we wanted done and he even did extra when the need arose. He came in and did a beautiful job on the drywall. You would never know that it had been damaged. HIs price was competitive with the other bids I had received for the job I would definitely recommend him and if needed would use him again

Cary did exactly what he said he would. He always arrived when he said he would and the time estimate for the work he did for us was very accurate. He patched a large crack on our ceiling and filled in 2x4 framing where a closet used to be. He fixed 3 other minor repairs free of charge. All of his work was above and beyond our highest expectations.

Did good work. Cleaned up when he was finished. There were no surprises, I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way.
