Cary, the owner of CMC was very helpful and did a terrific job. Work was completed on time. When problems came up he came up with solutions that solved the issues.

Great workmanship

Cary showed up on time and stayed with the task until it was completed. I challenged Cary with a 15-year old cedar deck that needed repair and deep cleaning; I am not able to replace the deck at this time. He took on the task and actually did more work than I initially asked for. He repaired the stairs and salvaged the decking by turning boards over, re-spacing and cleaning everything, including the underside of the structure. The deck looks like new and I will be sealing it this weekend. I am pleased with his work and will call on him again as I continue repairs on my property!

Cary is very communicative (through email, too!) so I know exactly what to expect. So far his work has been exceptional and he's been on time both times he's come. Then followed up with bid through email! Love this.
