After calling Peter to tell him what we wanted to do, he came out the next day. He assessed the building and said he would have a report back to us in three weeks. True to his word, the structurally plans were delivered within three weeks. Plans were submitted to the county and everything went off without a hitch.
Description of Work: Peter structurally engineered an unpermitted structure which we were going to convert to living space.
