Axis Roof & Window Cleaning

The owner is Casey Groves. My house is two Storeys with a very pitched roof and I'm not climbing up there. It is like a two storey house with the bonus room over the garage and the roof over the garage with that bonus room is really steeply pitched. So they did a really good job they came out gave me a quote and I certainly agreed to it. I have a couple of other buildings which I also could have got done, but that was just more money and then I did not want to spend at the time, considering that $ 646 is only my house not the detached shop. I live in acreage and that was part of the other issue. I was a little surprised, with the pressure washing you have to be careful on how much water you draw and whether the pump to the well can keep up with what you are drawing so that was kind of an issue. Of course these guys they do commercial pressure washing like that which have higher end pressure washers and they are bigger and draw more water at once. So they came and knocked on the door and I said shut it off, I'm sorry but I am out of well, you know, and you cant take more than what the pump to the well would put out; and so that was kind of an issue. I was a little surprised that they weren't in tuned to that problem because, they live not that far from me where their business is just a crow flight and they know that we all are on Wells out here. At least I warned them, so I said that was not my issue that their pump would not run and the problem that you have, when you are on a well. But it was okay they were real good about it they just paused. I know that they wanted to just get done. They were certainly really nice people, helpful you know, very clean didn't leave me with any problems you know as far as trashing anything is concerned. Nothing was any worse then when they got here, I had a clean roof. But they were good company. I was just a little surprised how expensive it was for, you know the few hours of work for two people. I'm sure their liability insurance and their labour and industries is probably really high for being up on us. But that is just my comment. But they got it done and it was fine. They were real pleasant people to work with and I would certainly call them again. Since I will not get up on the roof of my house. Yeah, its like something that you do normally as everyday kind of activity and whether you have the right equipment but anyway. So there is somebody that I used, But I did research a company that Angie's list had listed I was looking for somebody that does roof repair. I don't need a new roof installed I have one corner that has got some water damage and so I am looking for somebody in particular that does repair and is willing to figure out why am I getting water damage. I have a new roof and I have knew gutters, so why am I getting water damages, something isn't right and I have had the gutter people come out and look at them. All the gutters fine except those leaf guard gutters which are expensive, those are kind of high end. You know they came and they warranty all their work and everything and they came out, oh no the gutters are fine but your roof is wet you know underneath the shingles. I feel like I'm trapped in this finger-pointing problem, that's not my problem it is their problem; who did the roof? and who did the gutters?
