Description of Work: I engaged Axis to pressure wash our roof, front walk and driveway, clean our gutters, and apply moss preventative to the newly-cleaned roof. They were very responsive to my email inquiries when inquiring about the job, including a few back-and-forth Q&As, and they got me on the schedule reasonably soon. On the day of the job they arrived on time and proceeded to do a great job. The guys who did the work were friendly and professional, and did a post-job walk-thru with me to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely hire Axis again.

Description of Work: Tear off cedar shakes and install GAF 50 year shingles. Very pleased with them from our rep Billy, the team led by Johnny and the office staff Mary, Jenny, etc. They worked around our weather concerns and worked with our solar installer (including co-ordinating work to share roof with solar bracket installers and then doing the extra flashing around the solar brackets). They cleaned up well after each day with a thorough clean at the end. Will be using them in the future for our gutter installation and for moss maintenance.

Description of Work: Inspected the roof, sealed and secured two skylights, one of which leaked internally, photographed other issues that could become problematic, and left their report. An ealier operation (2013) cleaned debris from the roof, pressure washed, and treated for moss, then cleaned up the mess from deck and yard. Thorough and professional. Will continue to hire them as needed!

Description of Work: The crew from Axis Roof and Gutter were first rate in every way. Courteous and prompt on the phone and did a very good job cleaning the roof of ten years of buildup. The job was done at my rental property and consisted of a duplex with a very high roof and a small house.

Description of Work: The technician first inspected our roof for damage. He found the composition roof to be in good repair but cluttered with leaves, twigs, moss, and needles. They used a mild pressure wash to remove all the clutter and moss, followed by cleaning of the gutters and downspouts. This obviously left a lot of debris on our deck and grounds. Axis completed a thorough cleanup and were done in less than 4 hours. We had prepaid by a bill-payer service that arranged actual payment after the holiday which was 4-5 days after the work was completed. On top of all that, they provided a sizable discount because the work was done at an off-season rate. I hope our neighbors noticed both the quality of the work and the name of the provider....I strongly recommend Axis and plan to use them annually for sustained maintenance!

Description of Work: We are scheduled to have roof cleaning with driveway pressure washing done.

Description of Work: I was ok with the estimate although a bit high compared to other roof cleaning and repair companies....they were offering a 5 year certification on my cedar shake roof. After cleaning and treating with repairs with included bundles they advised that I needed $1,200 worth of repairs in addition to the included bundles and labor for the 5 year certification. When bid they walked on the roof and gave me what I thought would be the actual amount for repairs as they did write 5 year cerficiation on the bid. I talked them down to 875. for repairs and then received a letter stating the 5 year certification would be subject to $75. plus supplies for repair. I had to call them and say this was not typical for a 5 year certification ...so they sent me a new letter finally acknowledging that they would actually certify their work according to standards of trade. I am selling my home so wanted to give full certification to new buyer.There are other companies I could have used for a better price now that all is done but had part of work done so stuck with them.I'll never use them again.
