ARLINGTON ELECTRIC COMPANY

I don’t want to leave a bad rating but, Arlington Electric has refused to fix a problem. Arlington electric had over 1/3 of an acre to place the generator on my neighbors property. They decided to place it between our houses creating reverberation issues and the exhaust (The loudest part of the generator) could have been aimed at the woods…where no one is at but, they aimed the exhaust not only at my house but, at our bedroom. It is so loud I can’t sleep in my own bedroom when the generator is on. Arlington has admitted the generator is as loud as a lawn mower. I’ve had over a dozen talks with the office. They did put up plywood around the generator, but, obviously, plywood is not a sound proofing material. And the plywood looks ugly, like an unfinished construction project. They acknowledge the problem but want the home owner and me to pay them to move it to fix their mistake. 2) They didn’t get a permit either. 3) My neighbor and I were friends before this, now we don't talk at all. There is more but I'll leave it at that. I would question this companies moral and ethics and your deciding factor. Technically they installed it correctly but didn’t pass common sense.
