+ -1 moreI think they were a little high. We had one problem. They were responsive to come. The owner of the company came out, and he was very nice. It was sort of weird for me. He and my husband did it on a handshake type of deal, and he didn't get a big write-up or a detailed estimate. It was just like see you next Friday, this is what you owe me and Friday seemed to work for them. It was just one little detail and we called about that didn't match up.The owner said they were really busy and would have somebody come out but they never did.It's not earth-shattering, it's just to me if you have a problem, the problem isn't the problem, it's the resolution. They actually came out earlier than anticipated, they had a cancellation and asked was that okay.I said sure, and that was fine. When they left, they told us they were leaving. It took a day and a half and they did what they said they would do. Overall I'm extremely happy with the patio cover. I would use them again, but I'd get it in writing and talk them down on the price.
Description of Work: We got a canopy at our new house.
