The general contractor for the neighbor's new house had seen Bill Neal's work and its quality. Bill came to the site and sent an estimate right away by .pdf file. Since the neighbor is satisfied with the general contractor's work, I decided to seek no other excavator. Bill set up a starting date within reasonable time. He brought his rig in and finished in less than two days, working solo.
Description of Work: Dug 395' of utility ditch; laid 360' of 1" sch 40 PVC water pipe for hookup from wellhead to house; also laid 300' of phone cable in part of the trench and installed a pit box; and backfilled the ditch, except for the two capped ends for the plumber to connect.
