This was not the biggest job that Paul has done for us, but it followed the same pattern. He came over to consider the space, listened to our needs, made suggestions. We then agreed on a solution which he implemented effectively. His work is excellent, his manner professional and friendly, his prices are extremely reasonable.

The process of purchasing a Fannie Mae home renovation property was very complicated and frustrating. Part of this loan included the renovation of the heating, the replacement of all flooring (carpet and laminate) and gutting and rebuiding of the kitchen and a number of odds and ends. In order to get this loan, we had to find a general contractor and subs to do the work. We found the one General Contractor who ended up hospitalized and couldn't get the proper paperwork in on time. We lost the house because we went past the deadline. We re-applied with another general contractor who was good but didn't like the paperwork and was worried that he wouldn't make enough money to make it worth his while. So as things required more of his time, he bailed on us in the middle of the process. We found Paul Riesman right at the end. He was able to step in and complete all the paperwork (bids and contracts) in an amazingly fast manner. He was a man of his word and he was very reliable. His work is impeccable! The end result is excellent!
