Showed up as agreed to assess job, took appropriate notes and said he would provide a bid by email. Months went by, no bid, no contact, even after texting a 2nd req. Job was straight up painting of several apartments, just everyday painting work. It wasn't the busy summer season, but apparently they weren't good enough for his talent. IMO he falls into the large category of contractors that only are interested in easy low hanging fruit. Alot of that going around.
