 + 4 moreMatt Stahlman did an outstanding job remodeling two bathrooms (including a tub to tile conversion) and replaced a traditional wood-burning fireplace wall with a recessed TV wall and contemporary fireplace. He is highly competent and experienced and always does what he says he will do. He does anything and everything and I continue to hire him because of his strong work ethic, high quality results, and his ability to complete any task he is given.

 + 1 moreIt went great. Matt showed up on time and did the work well. He also made recommendations to adjust what I originally asked for, to improve the end result. He was clean and respectful.
Description of Work: I had Matt decrease the width of a closet opening that was originally built (by someone else) too wide for a standard door. He then installed a new door and repainted the room. Also, he ripped out old carpet and cleaned and painted and sealed the concrete floor. The room looks lovely now.

Stahlman Services offers the following services: I offer a wide variety of home repair and remodeling work, this includes a wide variety of tasks such as reinforcing an old fence, building a new closet, painting a dining room, fixing cracks in asphalt driveways, hanging light fixtures and ceiling fans, removing old grout in a bathroom and replacing it with new, replacing all of your kitchen cabinets, staining or painting concrete floors, and more! I've been in the professional contracting, remodeling, and rehab business for 30 years -- I've seen it all and because of this I can come up with solutions for most of your home's needs.
After 30 years I can do just about anything, but my work is limited by how many people and how much equipment is needed to complete a job. For instance, if your porch beams need to be replaced, I'm not going to be the one to jack up your porch roof and install the scaffolding that would likely be needed for multiple people to replace the rotted beams; for major work like that you're better off calling a builder or large remodeling company. I'm also not going to be the person to call to rewire your house; please call a licensed electrician for that job.
