Jerod and ProScapes were very professional. I needed this large project done by a certain date and they adhered to indicated timelines. I am very satisfied with the results and get many positive compliments on the gas fireplace....ProScape's first according to Jerod. I was so satisfied with the work that I hired ProScapes for year round landscaping....very satisfied....except they don't pick up dog droppings when mowing :).

Overall, the work was done well and on time.

Crew was righton schedule cand worked veryhard. Job completed on schedule. Jarrod kept on top of progression. Had some problems with sprinlers butbhe dealt with it timely and solved the problems.

They did a good job. It was a lot of work. They were willing to change the landscaping design and we had questions and stuff with them.After we talked to them, they made it look much nicer. They did it when they were supposed to. I would give them a chance but first, I would talk to them to find out what they wanted to do and to do the planning right.

The results were outstanding. We have had many compliments on the end product.

We were looking to re-landscape our front yard to give our house a little more curb-side appeal. Jerod came out and was very easy to work with. His initial estimate was out of our price range. We let him know what we could spend and he was very accommodating to work inside our budget. His workers were excellent!!! The did a very thorough job and the results are impeccable! Our new yard looks amazing and the trees a shrubbery that Jerod chose where exactly what we were looking for. He chose hearty, deer-proof plants and flowers that will compliment the Pacific Northwest landscape. Though they are a little more expensive, I do believe it was very worth it. Our yard will look great for years to come. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a similar project.

Jared was honest and easy to work with. He did what he said he would, when and how he said he would. A unknown drainage issue was noted during the process and we discussed the resolution and dollar amount, work proceeded and the project completed. We were pleased with the finished product. Proscapes is a bit on the high side for cost but there were no issues with workmanship, communication, schedule etc. We would work with them again.

My experience with them is going fine. In regards to the job done by them, I am not that sure. I will have to talk to the people in the office up there, but it is satisfactory, not that they are doing anything exceptional but it has been satisfactory. I have not heard anything negative or positive from the people in the building, it must be satisfactory. I would use their services again in the future.

This company provided much better service than some other similar companies I'd contacted for quotes prior. The owner/operator came to our house the day after we'd called him, surveyed the site and provided a well thought out and creative landscape design that met our needs. He was professional and helped to modify the plan to fit within our price range. The work was completed immediately upon signing a contract with them and progressed at a considerable pace until all work was completed. We've had no issues and haven't required replacement of any of the plants he provided. Very highly recommended.

As far as I know, the work is satisfactory. I feel the monthly charge is high for the amount of monthly maintenance that is required. (The lot is primarily paved parking, with only small areas of plantings.)

Responded to call on the same day and were prompt in their bid which was well w/i the bids I had received. Damaged liner and parts were removed on day one. Excavation and reformation of pond and waterfall were competed to satisfaction by day two. Third day the liner and rocks were in place and pond filled. Day 4 returned for minor adjustments and to check on leaks. Very pleased with the results
