Gateway Interiors

This is just an unusual shop. One day I went by and there were 2 ladies there in a small shop with some decent looking carpet samples on display. I thought when we were ready to do our new carpet I would come by again. There are hours posted on the door. Good luck. I have gone there more than once during posted 'Open hours', the lights are on but the door is locked and there is no one there. This is normal working hours during the week. They have not been there during their posted hours. There is nothing on the door that says 'Will return at...", nothing. Just no one there, but the lights are on, middle of the day, mornings, been there several times. I gave up. Made me wonder what kind of business they are doing. Went to a different flooring dealer for my job, one that is OPEN when posted as OPEN>

We were working with Home Depot, Lowes and a place called Great Floors (near the mall in Burlington). Then we heard about Gateway Interiors. They have a small shop on Commercial. The people were very friendly and the owners do most of the work. They are detail oriented and very easy to work with. We came down to Home Depot originally because of the price. But our general contractor cautioned us. So we went back to Gateway Interiors to see if they could at least match the pricing of HD. They did! They gave us great carpet and laminate. Plus they were able to handle the common types of scheduling hiccups and other ways life can get in the way. They were excellent! One side note, their website has many issues and we didn't use it at all. I recommend you go in and talk to them. Let them compete for your business!
