We were working with Home Depot, Lowes and a place called Great Floors (near the mall in Burlington). Then we heard about Gateway Interiors. They have a small shop on Commercial. The people were very friendly and the owners do most of the work. They are detail oriented and very easy to work with. We came down to Home Depot originally because of the price. But our general contractor cautioned us. So we went back to Gateway Interiors to see if they could at least match the pricing of HD. They did! They gave us great carpet and laminate. Plus they were able to handle the common types of scheduling hiccups and other ways life can get in the way. They were excellent! One side note, their website has many issues and we didn't use it at all. I recommend you go in and talk to them. Let them compete for your business!
