 + -1 moreBid was provided immediately. Job was timely scheduled to meet my needs. Masterful, quick and responsive to the homeowners recommendations (that'd be me!). Managed busy traffic on road below without incident and finished in record time, and the price was very reasonable! I read the "dissatisfied" reviews and think they're not telling the truth. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again. Thanks!

 + -1 moreI called and spoke with City Tree Service 4 times over a 5 week period about coming out to look at the job. Every time I was told "next week" The week would end and I would call again, same story, "next week". Finally got them to give me a day. They never showed and never called. That was a week ago. Very poor customer service.

 + -1 moreThe job was never completed. Personally, we think they may have under bid the job and provided us with nothing but excuses. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Nothing. Showed up for the estimate, came again to look at the trees to be removed and then never came back to to the job.

 + -1 moreI have used them to take down some pretty big trees. They can bring down the biggest trees. They are super on fruit trees. I couldn't ask for anything more than what they had done and what they charged. They were very fair, very efficient and very reliable.
