Great and responsive company, very knowledgable about the process. They said our ducts were relatively clean, but did find some surprising things in the ductwork that we were glad to be rid of.

Courtney and Michael arrived 1/2 hour late due to a misunderstanding by the scheduler.....the office did call to apologize and let me know they would be a bit late. When they arrived they introduced themselves, took off their shoes, put on booties and brought the equipment into my home. They requested a walk through and carefully explained all aspects of the job. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete, and the machine is very noisy. Courtney gave me some good advice re the old venting material on my dryer, and she did some patch work. Following the duct work, Michael and Courtney vacuumed and replaced all furniture. Courtney, the lead person, is informative, efficient, and loves her work. Both employees were considerate, polite and very efficient. I highly recommend J and M Air Duct Cleaning.

Great, they did an inspection of the ducting and made recommendations for insulation and where there where a few minor issues. Job was done quickly and professionally. It was a super job.

Provider confirmed appointment time a day in advance, showed up exactly on time, removed shoes upon entering our home and laid down protection for the flooring. Both workers were efficient, and professional. We have lived in our home for 25 years and have had our ducts cleaned multiple times. This team found items in our ducts that were there before our time...

They arrived on time, ready to go having a game plan, very organized and worked efficiently, independently. As they were finishing up we talked about their findings and their reccomendations for mainanance etc. They worked very cleanly and left my home very much intact.

They were great. The service was wonderful. They came out within two weeks after we purchased the Big Deal. There were no surprises or no unexpected issues that occurred. Everything went pretty smoothly. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal; it was just what I paid for the Deal.

Vents were cleaned, however, after the crew left I found debris on the carpet wherever the vents were cleaned and I had to go back throughout the house and vacuum all rooms myself because of that. Also I discovered a piece of plastic left behind in oneof the upper room vents so I had to get a ladder to remove the piece of plastic. One vent in the kitchen was left closed that I had to re-open.

Great. Very professional. Very understanding that we had indoor cats and had to move them from room to room during their cleaning. I feel like the air quality is better in the house and have stopped coughing every morning that I wake up.

Excellent. They were on time, did the job quickly and neatly, and communicated clearly. I will use them again. I had had some work done in my kitchen and didn't want to use the heating system until it was cleaned and they worked with me to come in promptly even though it was the busy season as it had just begun to get cold outside. I highly recommend them.

We unfortunately couldn't get them scheduled in time. I needed the service down quickly and had to go with another company.

They did a very good job. They were very courteous about the house, however, they did break a vase. They were efficient and quick.
