Workers (man and woman) arrived on time, very friendly, throughly explained their work. They cleaned 14 Vents, air Return and dryer vent.

They used the wrong type of brush to clean the type of ducts that we have it resulted in a slice in our ducts also our ducts weren't cleaned (these results were shown to us from a second company who used a camera to show us what they had done)

It went well. Apparently this was badly needed in our home - and the team was great and handled it professionally.

Courtney and Mike arrived on time and quickly got to work. They explained what they were going to do and in what order. They were here for several hours and were very thorough in their work.

We had J & M come out to remove duct work, the office was very polite and friendly however the worker they sent out was curt and rude. We chalked it up to a bad day but it left a bad taste in our mouth as well as finding the old ducts laying in our yard after he left. When we called to have them replace the ducts again the ladies at the office were super friendly, however the same worker came out and again was rude and informed us after crawling under the house for 30 minutes that it was too wet for him to do the job. We decided after 2 bad interactions to try another company. They were able to come out the same week to complete the job he wouldn't do and they did so while being friendly and courteous. We may have just had a bad apple but we won't be using them again.

Great service. Courtney and Mike were on time, careful, and thorough. Gave us advice on improved air cleaning and we took it. Would definitely hire J&M Services again, though thanks to Courtney and Mike we probably won't need it for another five years.

We were very happy with the overall experience. Their phone presence was amazing when we contacted them to arrange to have our dryer and heating vents cleaned. Even better, the two professionals who did the work were articulate, competent and thorough. They wanted to (and did) do a great job. While they were here, they found some additional work our house needed. I would have hired J&M to do it (but they did not do that kind of work). While it may be difficult to quantify how much less electricity (and time) it takes to dry our clothes, I feel better about it. Highly recommended.

Great team, very professional. Didn't take as long as I thought it might because our duct system is simple. Didn't try and up-sell me on anything during the service, which I really appreciated. And they stuck to their price even though my number of return air grilles was slightly over - because I had slightly fewer air supply grilles.

very well.while they were checking the dryer vent they found it was disconnected and so connected the pipe at no extra charge. They also replaced the filter for my furnace.Workers informed me of each step and cleaned up effectively

Both of the ladies who arrived from J&M Services were extremely respectful and conscientious in their work. They arrived promptly, completed their work in a timely manner, and despite the nature of the work (quite loud due to all the vacuums) they caused a minimal amount of disturbance. They thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and afterwards, you wouldn't even know they had been there (except for the fact that the ducts were 100% cleaner). I would highly recommend J&M Services for your air duct cleaning needs.

I used an Angies list voucher. JM Services responded in a reasonable timeframe and showed up to perform the work on time. Work went smoothly and timely and they completely cleaned up afterwards.

Awesome! I'm not sure how to start, other than to say this is probably the best, most thorough job we've ever had contracted out. They didn't just come in with a big blower vac, but brought a more simple system for cleaning, which by far does a better job. They basically vacuumed and rotor-rootered each duct removing dust from all the duct walls. They moved furniture, washed ducts, checked out potential problem areas. Found a potential mice damage issue in a duct so Mike crawled into our crawl space to check out what was going on. Took pictures of problem areas to show the before and after (amazing results). Thing I appreciated most was the care taken with our furnace and air filter. We just had the furnace serviced and Courtney wanted to make sure they didn't get any flying dust back into the unit. We covered up what we needed and all was well. It's that they actually cared about our house and never gave the impression they had to hurry and leave to next appointment so they took those extra few minutes. There was not one negative, and I want to positively say thanks again to Courtney and Mike. Great job and see you next year!

Jacob from J&M Services came out and installed ducting from our bathroom fan out through an existing roof vent in the attic. This job took only about an hour. Jacob was very good and I would totally recommend him to anyone out there looking to have this kind of work done. He showed up right on time, was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and even finished the job quicker than expected. From start to finish the people at J&M were pleasant to work with.

When my tenant told me about some problems with the heating ducts in this extremely old rental house, I was concerned that I would have to replace all the duct work at a cost of thousands of dollars. I researched companies that dealt with heating and talked to a couple, but they were basically installers. I was very happy to find J&M Services, which among other things specializes in duct work. When they came out and looked at the disconnected and/or rusted through ducts (some in the walls), I was very happy to learn that they were able to repair the ducts, and that it was not necessary to replace all the ducts. They retaped all the duct work joints that were visible, replaced and added duct pipe where needed. They got everything working satisfactorily, and the tenant was very happy to have heat again. The worker were very knowledgeable, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them.

They were fine. There were no additional charges. They were just a little bit new at what they were doing. Two workers came out to do the work.

Excellent service from J & M. The job was completed as Provider had explained on phone. The home had an old oil furnace replaced. The removal had created quite a bit of oily debris. The two workers from J & M walked through, explained process, communicated any changes to agreement and went about their work in a competent manner. We plan to use J & M in the future. 1949 Ranch - 860 sq. ft. Previous owner smoked in house - wanted ducts cleaned for air quality and prep for winter Appointment time: 8-10am Actual work time: 9am-10:15am Technicians called when leaving their shop and gave me an estimate on arrival time. I had assumed they would be on-site by 8am as I was told the services could take up to 2 hours. I was slightly disappointed that this wasn't made clear that this was a window of arrival and not an actual start time - mostly because I had taken time off of work in the morning to make this happen. Tech's arrived and began bringing equipment into home with care. Kind and courteous. We went on a walk-through and then they went into the crawl space (without complaint) to assess the furnace. Work went smoothly aside from a couple of ducts dislodged which they alerted me to and fixed. They were also very informative about the state of the ducts and what to look out for in the future. Checked airflow at the end of services. Overall it was a great experience, I felt the pricing was a little high considering we have such a small house and dryer vent really didn't need service as we just had a new dryer installed. I have peace of mind knowing the ducts are clean and hopefully smell of smoke is minimized when we start running heat in winter.

My vents were dirty! They came out on time and were so courteous and helpful. They cleaned all the returns, vents, and the dryer vent. They even discovered that the dryer vent opening on the outside of the house was painted shut, so they opened it. They were fantastic and would highly recommend them.

Had a couple of supply grills that are part of the hardwood floor that couldn't be removed easily so those branches were not cleaned. My fault I didn't get them removed in time for cleaning. Otherwise good job.
