Description of Work: Fantastic! The crew was professional and did a thorough job cleaning air duct in a house that had never had them cleaned. It was quite a job. They explained the process and cleaned up at the end. The improvement to air quality is amazing. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Not sure what the actual price was, but I bought the service through a "big deal" offer on Angie's list. The J&M technicians were friendly and did a thorough and professional job cleaning one of their "top 5 dirtiest" duct systems they ever encountered. They were wonderful to work with and were so sweet to my bothersome puppy! I've noticed a huge improvement in the air quality and the efficiency of my furnace since having my ducts cleaned. I will definitely have J&M do all my duct maintenance from now on.

Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts and dryer vent. They did a very thorough job although there were some scuff marks on my walls when they were finished. I think they were overpriced - a week after I purchased this Angie's List had another deal for the same service for considerably less.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and quickly got to work. They helped me understand where certain ducts vented and where my problem areas may be. They also replaced the HVAC filter and placed a timeline sticker so that I would know when to replace again. Very happy with the service.

Description of Work: I purchased a whole-house air duct cleaning as a Special Deal. The appointment was made quickly and the two-person team arrived punctually. They got on with the work right away and completed it efficiently, although it was clear that they were very thorough. Very polite and courteous, too, explaining what they were doing. I ended up with a few more ducts than were included in the deal so spent a little extra.
