Timely and professional

After I went through Home Advisor, J & M Services contacted me in a day or so and we set up an appointment. Since my job was so small, they didn't think I needed an estimate and would charge me the standard rate of $195 for the first hour, then something like $50 for each additional hour. The technician showed up right on time and said he could use an existing vent and not have to cut another hole in my roof. He said in Washington, the law would not allow him to do this, so he seemed to really know his stuff. It took him about 30 minutes to do the job. With parts and labor it cost a little over $200. I would say J & M Services is professional and dependable. I have already recommended them to a friend who needs ducting for a exhaust fan over his stove.

Came on time and explained the process. Included cleaning of dryer vent while others charged extra. Price was good. No attempt to upsell. Very personable and experienced operators. We had this done because of our hope that it will contribute to reduction of allergy reactions. There is no way that a duct-cleaning service can guarantee our hope, but bottom line is that it can't hurt, might help.

these folks went above and beyond the expectations. They actually fixed some vents that were damaged by the first company who cleaned my vents. This was so appreciated. They gave me a free over the phone estimate and did not have any surprises or didn't try to up-sell. Einstein Plumbing gave me an onsite estimate and charged me $200 for the estimate. Einstein was over $4000 THAT'S RIGHT... OVER $4000 MORE for the same materials and labor to install. J&M Services did an honest and awesome job!
