I called at least 5-6 companies and individuals. J&M's pricing was not only very competitive (the lowest was an individual at approximately $680 with no permit to nearly $2,000), but J&M's Estimate was also very transparent with itemized charges, explanations of what may affect price, and directions. They took care of the permit, scheduled the inspection day, and the installation was done well. The office people were also very helpful with explanations and patient to answer all my questions. When they couldn't answer a question, they deferred it to one of the gas technicians who promptly called me back that same day. J&M ranks top in customer service and quality of service. It's so hard to find a company that does that these days.

J & M did an add on job for our Propane plumbing. They installed service drops (hook-ups) for a kitchen stove, outdoor grill, and an outdoor fireplace. The guys did a great job, in less than one day, right on budget. Their work passed inspection with flying colors. Thanks!

J and M were on time, very professional and did a thorough job of cleaning our air ducts and dryer vents. We chose their company because of good reviews online and they had great prices. Mike and his partner had great customer service skills and were very easy to work with.

Anything with ducts, THESE are the guys you want!!! Do NOT call anybody else. I have had them twice: cleaning home ductwork after major construction, and replace/repair dryer venting. The office is efficient, Mike & Mike are everything you would want in a workman. Best company EVER!

They are meticulously clean while cleaning the air ducts by using drop cloths under the hoses, etc. Great about sticking to their appt. time. If they are running slightly behind they call. Very professional, yet friendly. I would highly recommend using their services.

Overall the experience was good and workers were courteous and knowledgeable. My only complaint was mud tracked into the house. Not too much of an issue for the tile. However in the coat closet where the crawl space was mud tracked from outside. Hoping after it dries it will vacuum up. Doubtful as it appears ground in.

Very friendly people over the phone and the crew on site were great. They cleaned up after they were done and did a great job with the install. Passed inspection with out trouble. They were informative about the steps and have offered to help me schedule the final inspection. This is outside their responsibility I think but a great help to me.

Duct work cleaning was excellent. They were very thorough, and went above and beyond to try to diagnose a non-working vent. They even washed all my vent covers and returns and dried them and everything was returned properly and vacuumed afterward. The cost was very reasonable and their customer service was great. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
