Tim & Steve moved a gas pipe and water line back about a foot so that they were hidden in an exterior wall, allowing us to re-frame our fireplace. They showed up around 10am, completed the job, and were gone by the time I arrived back home at 5pm. The value was fantastic, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to friends and family if the need arises.

I felt comfortable from my first phone call. I had a gas line installed. They submitted a very detailed quote, with concise explanations about their responsibilities & mine, as the home owner. Different scenarios were laid out & explained. Every person at the company knew their job & had answers to my questions. 2 installers arrived, evaluated the options to run the line & discussed with me. The men were professional, courteous & cleaned up the little mess that was made. I was completely satisfied.

J&M rate a new gas line with 2 stubs for our firepit and BBQ. All of th estimates were done by email and pictures. The installation crew only had to do minor adjustments on site and it all was within the original estimate. All of the work was approved by the City inspector and it is all working great.

They came out to house to view the job and give me a quote. I showed them what I wanted done and they gave me ideas of what could be done and I accepted their proposal. They did not disappoint. They pulled a permit and passed inspection hands down. J&M Services are my gas and ventilation company of choice. One of the owners Michelle gave great customer service and so did her Techs, Eric (lead guy) and Kevin. I will definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone in need of gas or ventilation work. Ron
