They came out yesterday and it was real good. There was an additional cost of $40. There are no issues so far. They came out when they said they were going to, they were very prompt, and everything was very good.

DistribuDoors was great. We didn't get them through Angie's List so we called them. It was excellent. They had very good customer service and the door is beautiful. The scheduling and appointment was fine. They cleaned up everything. The installer was very professional, very courteous and did a great job. They were less expensive than everybody else. The installer was very flexible, changing where we wanted the window panel. He was very accommodating and we really liked him. He did a great job.

Their company representative arrived on time, accomplished his work and was very pleasant. He did recommend that I make an additional purchase of new bearings for the door and I did make that purchase.

We were very happy with them. Heather was the sales rep. She was really sweet. They were very detail oriented which I really appreciated. We have been happy with their product. I would use them again and definitely recommend them to others.

They were punctual, completed the work quickly and reliably.

Just finished service with Jake. After buying a short sale and discovering the tracks were damaged, the wires were missing and the tension spring was unsprung, the repair of the door was not an easy task. He did an incredible job by essentially rebuilding the door, section by section until it opened and closed as smooth as a brand new install. Not only do I recommend them, I will be using them for my routine maintenance and possible future home purchases too. Thanks Jake, you represent your company excellently.

The rep was very professional. He got to work immediately after asking me if there were any other issues besides needing the door tuned up. Before the tune up the door was having an alignment issue--it kept going back up and I had to try to close it a few times before I could successfully do so. After the repair, it worked well and it still works well today.

I have Wayne Dalton garage door openers installed in my home (came with the house I moved into 10 years ago). Both doors have been either not opening or closing for some time and replacement parts are impossible to get for residential customers, so I decided to replace them. I contacted DistribuDoors through Angie's List "contact provider" and they responded within a couple hours (impressive). The gentleman on the phone explained all options to me. I decided on the belt driven openers and he made sure a couple different models were on the truck on the day the technician arrived at my home. When the technician arrived, he immediately knew that neither belt-driven option would work in my garage because of a beam that ran too close to the doors. This meant that the trolley system would not have enough room and the doors would not be able to open all the way. He called his manager who suggested a torsion system that would work AND he even brought the system out to the technician so we didn't have to reschedule the job. (I didn't catch the technician's name but his initials on the paperwork are RW.) I opted to just replace one door for now because the LM8500 system (and installation process) cost as much as installing two of the regular trolley system garage door openers. The technician did a great job! That door never operated more smoothly or opened as fully as it does now. He also showed me that the former paint color on the exterior of the door now shows in a narrow band on one side because he had to level the door. No big deal, the weather is still nice and I have touch-up paint. I appreciated him pointing it out to me, though. Upfront communication is always best when it comes to customer service. Great customer service! Prompt and professional. Yes, it was expensive, but then again, the configuration of my garage isn't standard--which explains why the former owner had an unusual system originally installed. We will definitely call DistribuDoors again for the other door. Thanks, Angie's List!

I am the owner of the unit and I have a renter there. The provider was good about working with the renters to schedule a good time, and they completed the work, but I found it difficult to stay in the loop with them and get communications from all parties. As I was the paying customer, I expected to hear back about when it was scheduled and that it was accomplished successfully, but I never did. I also had some difficulty getting calls back, and communications about the cost and the agreed group price that my association was involved in obtaining. I also had a coupon from Angie's list that they said they would not honor for me personally because of my association's involvement. I didn't think that was right, but at that point I had already signed the contract and there wasn't anything else I could do.

Our garage door opener in the garage was stuck and not working properly. DistribuDoors had installed the garage doors many years ago. I called and they were out within the week. Mario fixed the opener. When I mentioned that the door was loud and could he take a look. He did a maintenance review and determined that the wheel on the door could be replaced and updated. He did the replacement and the doors work great. he was prompt, professional and courteous. Thanks!

Distribudoors was incredibly easy to work with. Scheduling was easy and I explained that I had recently purchased our home and it had many deferred maintenance items, garage doors being one of them. We had been having trouble coding the remotes, opening one of the doors, and both doors were squeaky and noisy. They said they'd come out and take a look and provide maintenance as necessary. When Rigo came out, he was on exactly on time and super friendly and knowledgeable. He advised that the doors were in great shape (hooray! nice surprise to not have to replace them), but that they could do with new rollers. He found a couple of missing bolts and replaced them at no charge, found a loose bracket that he reattached, and identified a missing bolt on one of the sensors that was causing it to be out of line and make the door go up. His overall evaluation was as thorough as I'd hoped it'd be and I felt it was fair and informative. He recommended rollers that would outlive the life of the garage doors, and explained that we can use them on the next doors we purchase, as they have a lifetime guarantee. After he'd completed everything, he lubed up all hinges and springs and the doors sound completely different. Just what I'd hoped for and for less than I thought I'd pay. He also took the time to confirm all of our 5 inherited remotes were working properly, and helped me program the keyless entry real quick. Can't say enough good things, and would quickly recommend.

My contractor highly recommended this company. I was given an appointment with Heather at 2:00pm on a particular day (there was no window of time discussed). At about 2:45pm I received a call from Heather saying that she was stuck in the previous appointment and apologized for her tardiness. She said she was leaving a location that's 20 minutes away at the most and was on her way. An hour and a half later (4:15pm) there was no phone call and no sign of her. I had to leave, and my contractor, who was at the house, said she showed up at 5:00pm and seemed surprised I wasn't there. She left me a voicemail saying she was sorry she missed me but no explanation as to why. That was 3 hours from the original time I was given. With this kind of treatment, I'm baffled as to how they get the good reviews they get. One of their competitors is more than happy to get my business.

He was very professional; he showed up on time, cleaned up after his mess and explained the product to myself. Very good work and I am pleased with the product.

FIVE STARS!......Tech Jake (the installer) was fantastic.....Very punctual, ...Very organized,... Young & energetic,....Knowledgeable of the products....He finished promptly with no problems (in fact, I don't even think that Jake took a lunch break!).... He was able to take off our three very heavy wooden Garage doors and dispose of them, then he promptly set out to meticulously arrange our THREE new doors, and began to go to work.....He was done before 5 pm, and we were so pleased w/ the entire experience.....When we need new Garage doors replaced (on our Shop, for example) we will be sure to have DistribuDoors do the work for us again....We highly recommend this Garage Door Company...

Two years later the door is still working just fine. We seemed to have paid a lot of extra money. 4 accessories that were part of the deal were not installed- just left with us. We have never had a need for them. In hind sight it did say uninstalled in the deal

Technician called before arrival. Noticed taped and flat gasket at the bottom. He checked stock and then provided a reasonable price for switching it. He replaced both springs and was back on the road in just over 30 minutes. Door is smooth and quiet.

The company representative came to our home, measured, showed us pictures of different styles of doors and then different colors for the style we had selected. We had several estimates from various companies in the area but selected Distribudoors as they had more color options for their product. We went to their business in Auburn and looked at actual garage doors to make certain they had what we wanted. We determined they had the doors we wanted and we signed a contract. The doors were ordered and about 10 days later we were called to make an appointment for installation. The appointed day arrived and the installer was about 30 minutes early. (Unheard of) He estimated the project would take him 5.5 hours and it did. He did a wonderful installation and before he left he took time to explain the system to us. The doors look wonderful and operate like a charm. We would recommend them to anyone as everyone from the company was very professional and extremely polite. They return calls and not only show up on time, they show up early!

When person from company came by to install he found out that the existing garbage door would need to be replaced to use the door opener we purchased. After speaking with my husband we decided to hold off on the new garage door purchase so we were unable to use the Big Deal. The company was super helpful & great to work with. I would def use them in the future if we decide to replace the garage door.

This is probably the best company I've ever dealt with. Prompt, efficient, good rates, excellent product and installation. They show up when they say they will, follow through when they say they will, and in general are a delight to work with. I can't say enough good things about DistribuDoors!

Started a little shaky since he arrived late, but he did call ahead to let me know and confirm that a later time was OK. He got to work immediately swapping out all the rollers first. The new roller assemblies were much higher quality with bearings and nylon rollers. A couple of the roller brackets were bent but he was able to straighten them. He then lubricated all the tracks, rollers, springs, etc. Finally he checked the garage door opener adjustments, ensuring that the door would return properly if there was resistance while it was closing. He did need to adjust this and showed me where the adjustments were if I needed to do it in the future. I pointed out some damage to the door and he told me that the damage was only superficial and did not need to be repaired, but outlined how it would be done if I wanted it done later. He was extremely helpful and informative and he did not in any way try to push me into doing anything that wasn't necessary. I was also impressed that the company was very clear on what was and wasn't included in the service, but he did take the time to make sure I was satisfied and I never felt like he was rushed. By the way, the price was 130 including tax because the deal provided for 10 rollers and my door has 12. This was spelled out in the deal and he did tell me up front what the additional cost would be. All in all I am very satisfied and I expect I'll be calling Distribudoors again when I decide to get the door repaired.

Scheduling was a breeze and the tech that did the job was knowledgeable and professional. He took down an old Wayne Dalton garage door opener and installed the new one in no time flat. He also installed the keypad and helped me program it for access when we're not in a vehicle. He left everything very clean and tidy and took the old opener away for disposal. The additional accessories were left with us to install later at our leisure. It has been over a year now since the install and everything is still working great!!

Distribudoors had already replaced the garage door opener earlier in the year, so when the opportunity came up for us to have the garage door itself replaced we came back to Distribudoors. Everything went as smoothly as could be, and we now have the type of door we've always wanted.
