DistribuDoors is proud to serve the Puget Sound and we are so grateful for the reputation our loyal customers have helped us build over the last 30 years. GREAT PEOPLE
Description of Work: These folks are great. I have used them several times and they have always done excellent work. This time I needed a new remote and wondered if I needed to buy a new unit as mine was very old. Michelle told me to NOT buy a new unit as mine was best on the market. They offered to come help me get a remote to work. As it was I found one myself and got it working. I was so impressed they did not try to up-sell me.

Description of Work: They replaced my broken opener with a new one. I had to call them a few times to schedule as opposed to them just calling me after I purchased, but the work was efficient and good quality. |I did have one of the bolts come out from the wall a few weeks later which was quite surprising but they promptly came back and addressed that. I gave them a B on the price as I have seen coupons from them regularly outside of Angieslist for the same thing but much cheaper - I discovered them later.

Description of Work: The technician arrived promptly. He was professial, courteous and assessed the cause of the garage door malfunction. He didn't try to oversell, which was impressive. He quickly discovered that the motor required replacing. The rollers, rails and springs were completely fine. He installed the new opener mechanism, explained the operation and gave us helpful suggestions on how to maintain the hardware. He also showed us how to program the new remotes. The garage door now opens with hardly a sound. Wonderful service!

Description of Work: They repaired a garage door that was hit by one of our vehicles. The repair tech. was honest and did not try to gouge me on the price, or pressure me to replace the door. He even gave me a plan and pricing for future maintenance, so I could budget for future issues. This is the second time I have used this company, and both experiences have been top-notch! I recommend this company to anyone that needs garage door maintenance.
