Pleased with over all price, knowledge of sales lady, and the final look installed. Not pleased with waiting all day for the installer to show and then install the door when I scheduled for an early morning installation. Quote didn't include tax, so that was somewhat of a surprise. Compared this company to others such as Home Depot, and I would highly recommend them over that store.

They came right out and their price was incredibly better than three other garage door companies that also came out. Randy from the installation company recommended them to me. I trusted him. I was talking to the sales person Ms. Heather and she was very nice to work with. She was patient with me. She took pictures of my garage door and showed me how it would look like with the new garage door there.

I called Emailed Distribudoors with my request. Within 24 hours the area sales rep made phone contact with me and scheduled an appointment at my residence the next day. She (Heather) arrived on time, took measurements, provided me with several options for styles and insulation ratings. Distribudoors is about three miles from where I work in Auburn, so later that week I visited their showroom, reviewed the samples, and put 50% down to cover the order. A date was selected for the technician to install the new doors and motors, about three weeks later. The technician arrived on the appointment date and on time. Since I was at work that day, I was only able to see the product when I returned in the evening. I was very pleased with the quality of install, the appearance of the doors, and the quiet operation of the motors. The installer did a terrific job and I was happy with the results. No glitches No problems No concerns. Happy customer.

My garage door had not been professionally examined in 6 years. Dusty showed-up with a few minutes to spare in the "window" of time that he was to be here, so he was ON-TIME. I asked to have the squeaks examined and removed- for this he did appropriate lubrication and greasing. During his "basic evaluation" he found and fixed two other issues (one of which I had forgotten about): The garage door sensors in the motor unit were changed so that less pressure against the motor would cause the door revert to the open position (if a leg or object blocked the door's complete closure); and the track on one side was re-aligned (I had observed this a few months ago but forgot to deal with it). The work in its entirity was completed in less than 30 minutes. I rate this EXCELLENT SERVICE and am satisfied with the work.

Went great! Called one day and was scheduled for early the next morning at my request. Technician was on time and answered all my questions. The work was completed quickly and technician cleaned up after he was done.

The salesman was no fuss and upfront about costs and concerns. Our door and install was a bit non standard due to space constrains but we were able to work out an amicable solution. The installer was on time, efficient and clean. The whole transaction was straight forward and no fuss.

They were awesome. Every contact I had with them was great. From the first call to the installation. The sales rep was great. She gave us all the options, knew the product line well. I can?t say enough nice things about her. The two installers were prompt, professional, neat, organized, and cleaned up after themselves. The only snag was that they came out with the wrong battery pack. They responded quickly and made sure were completely satisfied with the proper battery pack and installation. I would recommend them to anyone.

Last April, one of the garage door openers for our building stopped working. It was very old, with no replacement parts readily available. In addition, the springs were very old and I was worried about them breaking. We got a quote from them to install the opener and new springs, which was much less than that from a competing company. The timing mechanism was missing from the parts they got from the manufacturer, so they had to come out a second time. Workman and manager were both very apologetic about this. Workman was a bit late the second time out, but other than that, things were done quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

Arrived as scheduled and started right to work removing old doors and hardware, then proceeded to install new hardware and doors. Hauled away my old doors and hardware and cleaned up the area.

The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional. He had the garage door repaired in less than a half hour. He also politely answered my questions regarding what type of garage door would be best for my home. I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed, as well as the reasonable price.

My experience with them was great. They had good quality of work. They were professional. They had a good price. I would recommend them and use them again.

We were able to see door and window options on the Distribudoor website. Once we had made our selection, Rick came to the house to confirm our measurements and describe the door replacement process. Once the door arrived at the warehouse, we were able to schedule work for a convenient day. The installer arrived slightly early and began work without delay. We were pleased with the installer's efficiency, thoroughness and cleanliness.

I called to schedule a repair for my garage door opener. The representative, Heather, asked about the problem and talked me through a simple repair to the pull down mechanism. She saved me the expense of a service call.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HOW QUICKLY THE NEW GARAGE DOOR WAS INSTALLED. HE STARTED AT 7 AM AND FINISHED BY 12.20 PM. HE COMPLETED ALL THE WORK WHICH WAS LISTED ON THE INITIAL ESTIMATE. THE PRICE WAS ACCEPTABLE, SINCE THE FRAME HAD TO BE CUSTOM MADE. THE DOOR AND FRAME LOOK GREAT.
