Excellent. Very friendly installer who went above and beyond by taking down garage ceiling rack for me prior to install.

Work went well and very fast. Even completed a door tune up to ensure everything worked. They showed up on time and qucikly installed one opener and replaced the other. The end product looked great and even the sensors where installed such that they would not easily become miss aligned.

I think they a great job. They were efficient and courteous. The guy had integrity, he had a clear chance to upsell me but said not to do that, and I was real pleased with him.

Somehow on the Homedepot ordering website, I neglected to select the correct size, and thus the two "extensions" were not purchased, to accommodate my two, 8-foot doors. The Distribudoor installer advised that he normally has 3 extensions in stock at all times as it's common for consumers to forget to order the extensions. Here is the catch. Home Depot sells these for $30.77 each. Distribudoor sells them out of their truck for $166.66 each. WOW, that is what you call crazy price gouging. Fortunately, I was able to skip one of the doors, and only purchase one, thanks to the installer being able to tweak the install. Bottom line is, any company that marks up a common piece of hardware to that degree should be called out and avoided. Note: The installer, Jeff, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and apologetic. Obviously this is a leadership decision at headquarters.

He was very good. He went above and beyond, because we had a problem with the corner of the door closing, and he was very helpful, so he went the extra step to be very helpful.

The technician (John) arrived at the very beginning of the expected window, introduced himself, and I opened up the garage doors and moved out the cars. He got right to work inspecting the garage and existing openers and discussing installation options with me (e.g. placement, power, preferences). After a few minutes we had made the necessary decisions and he was ready to get to work, estimating approximately 2 hours for each garage door (this involved uninstalling the existing opener, sensors, and trigger buttons and installing the new units. Outlets were not terribly convenient for the new openers since they were some distance from the ones they were replacing, so I provided John some extension cords to get things powered (I was planning to handle the power to the new openers after installation) and he worked very efficiently. It's worth noting that these garage door openers are different from standard openers as they attach directly to the shaft of the garage door and attach to the wall of the house, rather than sitting in the center of the ceiling. As such, installation involved new sensors, an electronic locking bolt, the openers themselves, and new trigger switches and a keypad. Despite the complexity, John was finished a bit ahead of schedule and his work was absolutely perfect. The openers were installed very cleanly and calibrated perfectly; the electronic locks worked perfectly and secured the door nicely; the new keypad was installed with the codes we requested; the wires to the new opener trigger buttons were staples cleanly to the wall and ceiling; the openers themselves worked extremely quietly and just as expected. John did such detailed work that he even programmed the car openers such that the doors and buttons were lined up just as they would be if the openers were attached to a car visor - it was impressive, detailed, and thorough work in every regard. John gave me a walkthrough of the operation of the openers and the features and was on his way. I am immensely pleased with my entire experience with DistribuDoors. I selected them because they were authorized installers and resellers of LiftMaster garage door openers and had good reviews. They were responsive via e-mail during the initial communication and estimate phases, answered the questions I had, provided up-front and reasonable pricing, and easily scheduled a convenient installation window. The installer was very professional and easy to talk to and explain the desired outcomes - he truly went well above my expectations. I highly recommend DistribuDoors and will be contacting them for all my maintenance needs. :-)

All went well. The garage is extremely low so some additional parts and cost were needed but there's no getting around that.

Great service. The guy who installed our garage opener has been doing it for 10+ years, even fixed the door to make it make less noise.

Fine - until something was accidentally left in the way of the garage door while it was closing and the opener kept pushing on the door until the top panel was ripped in half and the glass was blown out. When I called to ask about why the opener didn't reverse when it sensed resistance, they said it was very strange (no joke) and that it shouldn't have happened that way. I was then offered the privilege of paying $89 for a tech to come out and inspect their installation that obviously was done incorrectly. No thanks.

Fantastic! This company is solid top to bottom from the first call to the final work. This company truly desired to be of help while maintaining excellent skill and honest labor and delivery. They were recommended to me by a contractor that works with them regularly who has also only experienced excellence from their people and products. Well done. Highly recommend.

The technician came out within a couple hours and within the time frame he quoted me. He was professional and friendly...so much so that my husband and him had a little bromance going on talking about guy stuff:) The pricing was low compared to another quote I recieved that was double the price of what we were charged. Great experience!!!

The technician showed up within the time frame the office provided. He was efficient and courteous. He took one look and immediately knew what was wrong and went right to work. 45 minutes later, my garage door was purring again. The quote the office gave me was what I paid when the job was done. No surprises.

The service was outstanding! I called this morning and it was repaired by noon. The serviceman showed up on time and was fast and efficient. He also showed me how to lube the door to prevent further problems and lubed my second garage door. Overall, great work!

Ricky, sales rep came over for an estimate. Great guy and recently became a sales rep after being an installer with the same company. Matt installed the door, extremely precise in the installation and tested several times before completion, that took about 4 hours. Also, thanks to Ron for setting up the appointment and phone reminder the day of the install.

The company was quick to respond, punctual and did an excellent job installing our new garage doors. Matt was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also disposed of our old garage door and hardware. The price was reasonable. I would definitely have Distribudoors again if the need arises.

Outstanding service! Jeff showed up at the appointed time frame and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The inspection and new garage door opener installation went very well. Upon completion of the installation Jeff serviced the existing garage doors, showed me how to operate the new garage door opener, remotes, and keypad door opener and gave recommendations on proper maintenance. The new garage door opener (3/4 HP Belt Drive Liftmaster) is very smooth and quiet. I highly recommend DistribuDoors. From my first phone call with JD Kocher (the owner) thru the installation with Jeff, everything went extremely well!

John called as he was leaving his prior job to let me know he was on his way to my house. He was very professional and fully explained all that he was going to do to install the new opener. Very good work. I definitely recommend this company. When I'm ready to replace my garage doors, they're the first ones I'll call for a quote.

DistribuDoors is the best Angie's List vendor I have hired to date. Everything was done in a timely manner and the company, including the repairman, were extremely professional.

As soon as he plugged it in and pushed the button, it opened. But then, he said it still needed some adjusting. He adjusted the springs. It has been here for 20+ years. He said it was time to replace it pretty soon. He said it might last another year or so. He didn't really know exactly how long. So, he just did some adjusting. I thought he did a really good job. He spent a lot of time adjusting and fixing. I think he thought he had fixed them good.

When they came out the first time, before they left, I asked if the garage doors would open or still work like they used to and he said, "Yes. " I didn't try them. Then, when I went to pull my car in the garage, it wouldn't open. I couldn't get them to work. They just would not work. So then, I called them up that day. They said they would be out that Monday. So they came back out that Monday. It was a different guy. He actually wasn't happy with the work that the first guy had done. He was a little ticked off he hadn't checked it out better. He checked everything out and said what he had done at that point was more adjusting. He goes, "You can leave it at that and there's no charge or you can replace them." He gave me prices on how much it was to replace the opener. So, I decided to replace the opener because I knew it wouldn't last long. I didn't want to get stuck with it broken and not being able to get in or out. So, I just went ahead and had them put in a new opener.

The saying goes that ?it?s what?s on the inside that counts?. While both my wife and I are stunned by the incredible quality of the product, and how it has changed the curb appeal of our house ? it is truly the attention to detail on the inside that sets this company above the rest. Heather H., the Sales Manager that come to our house to give the estimate, took her time to explain the differences between each of the varieties available, the install process and the warranty (which was better than other quotes given). The scheduler was respectful of the dates and times we needed to make it convenient for us. However, what sealed the deal for us was that the Installer, Matt G., called before he arrived, spent the time to remove everything ? down to the last bolt and wire, was efficient and experienced in the install, and took obvious pride in the work he did! The wires and cables were snapped at perfect angles, everything was symmetrical, and he explained all of the bells and whistles until he was confident they were understood. From the inside out, we really like our new doors, and whole heartily recommend Distribudoors for anyone in the market!!!

To start with, I had to point out a discount we were eligible for that the person who did the bid did not enter into the bid's calculation. Then the person to whom I gave my credit card info to initiate the work order didn't bother to give that info to the person who did the order until after I called a week later to insure things were going okay. So now we've wasted a week and the door takes about 4 weeks to get after ordering. However the company they order from did not bother to make the door for an additional two weeks with no reason given. So now it's seven weeks after the down payment. The door finally came in and the installer did a great, rapid, on-time installation but had to point out to us that three of the four panels were damaged in shipping. We had needed to haul a lot of stuff out of the garage so they had a open working area and this seriously clogged my workspaces in the basement. A lot they, or the company from whom they order cared. It would be, they said, another three, possibly four weeks (due to the warranty issues) more before we'd see the replacement. Again, I had to call them to see if the door had been ordered and how long it would take--they didn't bother to contact us and even said that the initial installer should never have indicated they would get in touch with us about the problem. So three weeks later the new pieces are in and the door scheduled for installation--a grand total of ten weeks after down payment. The new installer was also great, timely, and like the first guy, did a good job. My problem is not the people who do the installation--they were uniformly excellent. It is with the front office who seem to be used to taking your time and caring little about the delays. I got the distinct impression that our damaged panels were not a uncommon occurrence so the likelihood that there will be a good nine to ten weeks delay from down payment to the satisfactory installation of the new door seems great. The door seems to be a good product and we enjoy having it. Installation, once the bloody door was there, went very smoothly, but the accumulation of time from down payment to final door install was ridiculous and the degree to which Distribudoor could care less was quite irritating. I would not use them again unless I learned that our problems were common to everyone in the industry and not just Distribudoor.

He went the extra mile to discover what exactly had gone wrong, and problem solved on the spot to help us keep the original well made, but on its last leg garage door opener. I wish all companies had this level of care and service. It is how things are supposed to be.
