My brother had just did a do it yourself and spent all day and paid just under $300. I found Distribudoors here on Angie's List and saw their special for $375. I immediately called them up and scheduled an appointment. The ladies on the phone were just great and asked all the right questions to be sure we were getting the right garage door opener for our house. Charile arrived during the time we scheduled. He was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Once he figured out what we purchase he was fast and efficient! Even though my fiance wanted to talk his ear off...he answered all his questions with a smile. (^^) He even took our old garage door opener because they recycle the parts so it doesn't end up in the landfill. I would definitely use them again. Charlie was great!

They were responsive to our needs and did quicker install because we had a scheduled trip. They were thorough with the explanation of door options. The installer was excellent in removing the old door and hardware and replacing with new hardware and doors.

There is not much to tell because the job went so smoothly. I just showed the tech the old door set up and about an hour and a half later he had installed the new opener and the outside remote unit. I wish I had done this years ago! It works great.

I needed my garage door cables replaced quickly. I called Distribudoors on Wednesday morning and they quickly scheduled service for the next day. Charlie arrived right on time and make quick work of replacing the cables. In addition he upgrated the spring and greased every moving part. I am extremely happy with the service I received from this company.

Not only that, but he took time to explain how to use the opener and code box, something the original installer never did.We loved the service--we're totally satisfied and would recommend this company wholeheartedly!

My garage door is very old (1960's) and my garage door opener had trouble getting it opened and the door became crooked when I finally got it to go up or down. I found Distribu Doors on Angie's List on Wednesday and called to see if they could help. The woman that I talked to was very helpful and we set up an appointment for the very next day. Dusty arrived within the 2 hour time frame specified and spotted the problem immediately upon entering the garage. I told him that if the door did not appear to be in good enough shape to last a bit longer, I would replace it rather than repair it. He was very honest with me and after talking with him, I decided to go with the repair for now. He completed the work in less than an hour and told me that he had observed that many of the parts were beginning to look very worn and would recomment that I look into getting a new door in a year or so. I appreciated the fact that he had not pushed me into a new door (through their company) and enjoyed his friendliness and candor.

These people are great. I only use distribudoors for repairs or replacement.

Salesperson showed up on time, had samples, was professional, and provided a competitive price. Installer also showed up on time and did a good job. Good company to do business with.

Found out about Distribudoors at the 2012 Seattle Home Show. The sales rep was pleasant, and he was knowledgeable and flexible with products and timing. Jesse Lopez was the installer assigned to our project. He was timely, efficient, organized, and friendly throughout the installation. He removed the existing doors and hardware, and installed the three new doors and openers all in the same day. I would recommend Distribudoors, but just as important, I would recommend using Jesse Lopez for installation.

He was very clean and tidy. Very polite. I would certainly call them back again.

We went to the Distribudoor booth at the Tacoma Home Show. We asked for an approximte cost to replace our garage doors and were suprised at theaffordability. We scheduled an in-home estimate. They came out, went through our options, gave us a great quote and we agreed to have Distribudoor replace our garage doors. After clearing up a misunderstanding with regards to removal and haul-away we scheduled our installation date. They arrived at the scheduled time and were done with the installation in about 3 hours for three doors. The garage was left clean except for a small bag of debris that must have been forgotten and easily fit into my trash. The door look great and all the openers worked.

They were a little busy before we could get them in for an estimate. Heather came in and gave us our options, honoring the coupon we had found for free installation, and did not try to up sell us on what we didn't need, which we appreciated.We were able to schedule an appointment for the door the next month. The guy that came in for the install arrived within the time window they gave, and was very professional. We also had requested to keep the old opener, which they were able to integrate with the new door. The installer actually came twice since our ground was not level, and there was a visible gap between the ground and the rubber stopper at the bottom of the new door. He didn't have the part with him, so he told us to call back to reschedule a return to finish the work. We called and rescheduled within a couple of weeks. Workmanship seems good and so far, the garage door works great.

Same company installed the original openers in 1991. With one call we were able to decide on replacements and schedule the work about a week later. Estimate was accurate and installation person was right on time, very personable, efficient, and good.

Estimate provided by Heather. She is very thorough and made some great suggestions about how to do the new opening to maximize the size. She also worked with me to keep my costs down by reusing the existing motor. I hired a mason first to re-do the brick facade and did the finish work on the structure and trim myself. DistribuDoors owner, John, had some issues with the timing on finishing the trim work due to needing to relieve the spring tension first. He wanted to have the installer release the spring and then return a couple of hours later to finish the job rather than wait while I put the last board up. This was getting too complicated so I took care of the spring myself and did all the trim work before the installer arrived. The installer, J.D., was fantastic! He worked meticulously and did a very professional job. I asked him to install the weather seal with screws that I provided which he did very neatly. He was more than willing to answer all my questions as he worked. J.D. was very pleasant and trustworthy. I highly recommend him!

JD from Distribudoors came by and did a great job. I called at 1pm to schedule a service call, and he was here on site by 2pm. Talk about your fast service! He had to replace some parts from our aging garage door, but some things I wanted replaced for peace of mind. He was very helpful and informative. No pressure whatsoever, which we liked. Would definitely recommend Distribudoors and they are the ones we will turn to for any future work (although I hope that's a while!).

Our Distribudoors representive Dusty was on time, completed the repair of our garage door very timely, and didn't try to sell us services we didn't need. I really appreciated his honesty, and that if he has to come out again to replace our circuit board he will only charge us for parts, not another service call. Excellent customer service, great price, and very responsive company. Would definately do business with again

I saw Distribudoors at the Everett Home Show. I would definitely recommend that you get a detailed quote explaining any retrofitting of the area that might need to be done when doing a replacement of a totally different type of door. My old doors were solid wood and these are steele sectional doors. During the estimate Heather went over the different types of doors. We looked at the diffrent window types, she looked at where the doors were located when picking the opener so that it would be quiet, and we took color samples to pick the best color.

They did an estimate and gave me the estimate the same day he came out. Their prices are good and they do outstanding work. It was cheaper than going to Lowe's or any place like that. I strongly recommend them.

garage door 'jumped' when trying to open or close, wouldn't move more than a few inches. the service call cost $85. which included travel and 1/2 hour labor. it took about 20 minutes to fix. would like to have had the tech look at the 2nd garage door with the remaining 10 minutes, spray the tracks, or see if any work on it would also be beneficial. overall, good job. liked the idea that the business was close to our home. would use this company again if needed. thanks.

I’m very happy with them. They were on time and they did everything as agreed. They did good work and they cleaned up very well. It was roughly $1000 a door. I liked the fact that they cleaned up really well afterwards. We had a very good experience with them. Everything was okay with them. We will use their services again in the future.

Heather was knowledgeable and helpful in selection. Received door as expected, on time. Jesse did the install and was good with details. After the job the clean up was good but not perfect. Final price was as estimated.

They were fine. I did not go with them because a friend gave me a personal recommendation about another company. I would probably not use them in the future because I used another company and I liked them.

The reps - both the original estimator and the installer - were polite and professional, arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and communicated clearly. The work the installer did was top-notch. He was polite and professional, and cleaned up so completely that you'd never have known he was there -- except for the beautiful new doors he'd installed.
