He showed up promptly at said time and had the garage door opener installed in no time. He showed me how everything worked and helped me set the code for opener on the outside.

They were prompt and courteous. I was really happy with them in all ways.

The installation went well and the installer was excellent. He explained every step of the project and showed me how everything works and how to change the wireless code and lock the remotes from operation. The garage door opener and new rollers are working better than fine. It is so quiet. The whole experience from purchase, to scheduling, to installation, was easy. I would use this company again.

Earlier in the month, I called to get an estimate for new garage doors from both Distribudoors and Costco. I chose Distribudoors because of a good experience working with them previously to install a new garage door opener. The estimate was done by Heather and she was incredibly accommodating to my schedule. She arranged to do the estimate after I got home from work at 5 PM. She arrived on time and gave a very thorough estimate, describing exactly what they were charging me for. In fact when it came time to have the work done, the price was exactly what was estimated. After deciding to have them do the work (Costco's bid came in $700 more for a similar style door), I called and found out how to respond to the estimate. They allowed me to sign, scan and email my acceptance which I did on 12/18 at about 10 AM. That afternoon, I received a call telling me they would order the doors and would call to arrange installation when they arrived. Approximately three days later, I got the call and I arranged to have them install the doors on the 27th of December. I set an appointment time of 9:30 AM. They arrived on time and completed the removal and installation in about 4 hours. When the technician was finished, he explained exactly what he had done, described some of the benefits I could expect from the new doors and requested payment. I wrote him a check and that was all. After he left, I noticed that my garage was actually cleaner than when he had arrived. The new doors look great and have already made a difference in the temperature inside my house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new garage doors.

Everything went exceptionally well. My only small complaint is they were a bit slack on clean up after the install, but not a huge deal. They were fast to respond to my initial service request. They quickly scheduled the install service. The Distribudoor installer arrived on time, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. You could tell he took pride in his work. He preformed the above service in almost the exact time he predicted (a little over 2 hours if I remember right). He took the time to walk me though the process of setting new codes, basic usage, and checked the safety trip beams. Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend them to friends/family and I will use them again once tune up time comes back around.

The appointment was easy to schedule. The service tech arrived on time and the installation went well. The technician reviewed how to use the openers and went over the features with us. We were supposed to recieve a whole house monitor but after we inquired about it, he said that he did not have one with him. He said that the office would call us and arrange for us to get one. No one called, but one arrived on our doorstep (by courier) a few days later. We are pleased with the service.

On time, professional, very pleased with outcome

I was installing a new garage door opener when I noticed my garage door springs had broken, apparently the reason my 30 year old opener was failing. They gave me an accurate quote over the phone after answering a few questions about optional springs and did not try to up sell me after we discussed how little I used the garage door. The new neoprene rollers are much quieter. The installer was punctual, friendly, professional and answered questions I had. I do most of my home work myself but was very satisfied with not having to learn how to install these or deal with the safety issues with these springs. He worked very quickly and I clearly got my moneys worth.

The whole effort went extremely well with an appointment within two hours of my phone call and the serviceman showing early. The whole repair effort and roller replacement were accomplished within about an hour. The repairman was efficient, helpful and professional.

I called Distribudoors Monday morning and talked to Danielle to find out pricing. Danielle was very friendly and helpful and I told her I would call her back after getting more estimates. I called one other place and decided to go with Distribudoors since their price was good, they were very close to my home and of course, they had great reviews on AngiesList. I called Distribudoors back and talked with Jennifer, also very kind and helpful. She scheduled my appointment for later that morning (same day!!). Kevin is the gentleman who came out to do the repair. Again, kind, knowledgeable and professional. Obviously, knew what he was doing. Kevin replaced our springs, both of them and oiled up our mechanism (so quiet now). All I can say is, "Wow." What a great experience. I hope I can refer them to folks we know because THIS is the type of company I like doing business with. From start to finish, Distribudoors was excellent. They've earned my trust.

Our garage door had been having intermittent open/close problems and finally, when I was getting ready to leave for a few days, stopped working. I checked out all the likely reasons as to why the door would not work, but failed to fix the problem. As soon as I returned I called Distibudoors. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, which was important to me. The next day the company's service representative, Dusty, was there on time. I explained the problems I had been having and he then explained what he would do to fix it. After we discussed cost and that he would check the whole system, he got to work. All the rollers (14) were replaced with premium rollers, the safety sensors were bolted to the tracks (they had just been clipped to the tracks when the opener was originally installed), and the force sensitivity of the up/down limits was adjusted for better performance. He also checked out the whole system (26 point safety check). The door now opens much more quietly and smoothly. The total cost was $215, and well worth it. Dusty was very professional, courteous, and got right to work. He was a great ambassador for the company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called Distribudoor after checking them out on Angie's List. We got an appointment for the next day between 7:30 and 8 am. Charlie showed up right on time. Charlie immediately started working on the problem, and had it figured out before he even laid his hands on our opener. Our Liftmaster garage door opener is 22 years old. I had discussed having the technician bring out a new unit in the event that we needed to replace our old Liftmaster. After discussing the options with Charlie, we decided to go ahead and service the old unit. As Charlie pointed out, "This motor is still strong, and I don't see any signs that it is straining. Heck, you might even get another year or two out of it!" Wow! Refreshing honesty, professionalism (and an adorable personality!). Charlie and Distribudoors is the only Garage Door company you will EVER need! PS: They were also very price competetive. I got quotes on a new 3/4 hp Liftmaster from several other Angie's List companies. Distribudoors blew them all away!

Our garage door spring & hinge broke. We were looking to have it repaired. A spring typically breaks on this door about every two years due to wear and tear. I was pleased when they told me that by installing a different type of mechanism, I could expect it to work for 7-10 years. It cost me about $100 more than I had planned, but it works like a dream. I really think it is a much better system and I believe it will last that long because it is so much stronger and works so much smoother. We have used this company several times and have always been pleased with their professionalism, promptness, quality of work and price. I will use them again.

I called everywhere to get an appointment to fix my garage opener. They are recommended by one of the companies that does not provide the service in my area. I was able to get an appointment that afternoon. They fixed my garage opener with a much reasonable proce (compared t a price quoted by another company). I stongly recommend the company.

Company and installer excellent. Installer was very competent and explained everything to me. I have used this company in the past.

I saw the coupon for reconditioning of a garage door and thought that I may as well have the opener installed which I had purchased earlier. I had assembled the opener and done the light installation, but Dusty had to replace the existing brackets as well as finish up the wiring. After he was finished he adjusted the opener and tested its operation. I was very satisfied with the speed that Dusty took to complete all the tasks as well as his friendliness. The cost seemed reasonable as I had another company give me a much more expensive bid.

Shopped around on price and reputation, choose Distribudoors, very professional. Their motto of underpromise, overdeliver is seen in their work and communication.

Dusty at Distribudoors installed a new garage door opener and upgraded my door rollers with 'skate board' wheels (which make the door movement quieter). Response time was two hours from my initial call. I initially contacted a gal in their main office after perusing AngiesList reviews. She was very helpful and discovered that Dusty was in my neighborhood so she dispatched him to my place (I was fortunate in the fast response ... normally it might be a day out). Dusty had all the components and parts in his truck and went to work. About a two-hour job. Clean and quick. Very satisfied.

The Technician, Dusty, arrive on time. He was easy to talk to and made me immediately comfortable about his ability and knowledge. He removed the old springs and replaced them with new properly sized springs and associated hardware. The whole process took around one hour. I was very satisfied with the work and price. The company would have charged me their usual flat rate for spring replacement (about $246 with tax, for a double door with two torsion springs). I paid more than they usually charge, because I asked for longer-life springs and a lifetime (parts) replacement warrantee. This was at my request. The company did not try to up-sell me. The industry spring life standard is 10,000 cycles, which is around 7 to 9 years depending on how often you open your door. This company advertises that their minimum standard is to install 15,000 cycle springs. I asked for springs that, when installed on my heavy door, calculated out to an expected life of about 23,000 cycles. To me the extra $81 was well worth it.

The garage door spring snapped the night before. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come at 10am, service was completed by 11am. Very professional and the pricing was completely reasonable.

I bought my house about a year and a half ago and it is a 32 year old house with an old heavy wood garage door which didn't seal very well and was tired to say the least. I finally decided it was time to replace the old door and the opener with a steel door which would offer better functionality, some insulation a better seal and an opener which was more modern in its noise level and functionality. I ultimately got quotes from 4 different companies including Distribudoors, and ultimately they won me over because they had the best overall prices for the door and opener combo, and a door that had a factory finish which best matched my house. My door was ordered and took a couple of weeks to get in (due to the fact it was a non-locally stocked color), and once it was in their scheduler gave me a call and we setup an appointment for install a couple of days later. The installer showed up promptly in the morning (supposed to be at the house at 7:30 and showed up at 7am) and went to work first removing the existing door, hardware and opener and then, prepping the area for the install of the new door and installing it and the opener. I pretty much left him to do his work, while I went on with my morning and work inside the house. The work took around 5 hours as opposed to the 3.5 to 4 hours the scheduler told me it would take, but I understand each job has its own challenges in the prep and getting the door to fit square in an old house. The installer was personable enough and walked me through the work he did and how to setup and use the new opener panel. I'm very happy with the quality of the work done installing the door and opener and the quality of the door and opener themselves. My only quibble with the installation process is that he didn't as good a job as I would like cleaning up and rushed away at the end. I found sawdust on and around the door from the prep work squaring up the opening, the door itself still had some balls of packing styrofoam hanging off it, there was a cast off piece of wood from the prep work left in the middle of my garage floor and here were several nuts and bolts strewn around from what I assume was the removal of the old door and hardware. I can't help but feel like the installer rushed at the end of my job and didn't clean up like he should have because it took longer than he was scheduled to take and he wanted to make up time and move on to the next job (which I understand, but it does degrade the overall experience). Overall, I'm extremely happy with my new super quiet opener and the look and function of my new garage door. I would recommend Distribudoors to anyone.

The person who answered my phone call at Distibu Door to get a quote was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions regarding warranty and torsion spring cycle time life. Dan called 30 minutes before arriving to verify service time and arrived on time. I was impressed with Dan's quality workmanship, friendly service and excellent knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend Distruibu Doors for garage door service. If Dan is an example of their employees, then you will be in good hands. Distribu Doors did not try to sell me anything that I did not need, unlike other companies I have hired in the past to service my garage door.

It was a breeze to schedule an appointment. The installation and tune-up went very well. The new garage door opener is nice and quiet. The door tracks were adjusted nicely to allow for a smooth operation.

Excellent experience. Charlie and Dusty were professional, experienced, efficient, knowledgeable and gave absolutely first rate service. Charlie's installation of the two openers was perfect. As an engineer, I wouldn't have done it any better. Highly recommended.
