I have an older wooden door so they weren't able to really "tune-up" the door but we were able to replace the motor. They were very good with working with my schedule and working within a very narrow window. They were efficient, the motor works great, and they solved my problem!

This is the second time that I took advantage of the deal, the first being around the new year. Liked the service then and was just as good second time around. Installed quickly, everything was cleaned up, and the individual that made the house call programed all remotes for the three doors. I would recommend them to others and would use them again though hope to not have to for many years given all motors are now brand new.

We have an old garage door with an opener that was breaking down all the time. I bought the Angie's List deal for a new garage door opener. Distribudoors called ME the next day to arrange an appointment. We arranged it for the next day. They called before they came so I could meet them at the house, they explained to me why the previous garage door was breaking down all the time (too old and probably undersized for the door it was opening), installed the door efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. Explained the door operation to the tenants and left. They were are real pleasure to work with.

Technician arrived on time and installed new track and garage door opener. He also moved the existing track and installed it on the garage bay that doesn't need an electric opener. He helped sync the opener with my car and then showed me all the programming options available for the new unit.

I called Distribudoors to find out whether a jack shaft door opener would work in my garage--there was very limited space and clearance. John was extremely friendly and knowledgeable--he was very thorough and clear with his explanations, even asking me to email photos of the current garage door opener to assess the situation. I was impressed with John's helpfulness, taking so much time with me with no expectations of getting a sale as he knew I was already having my doors installed by "X". He confirmed that a jack shaft opener would work and his quote was $200 less than "X". John also saved me $150 by letting me know "X" shouldn't install a low-overhead kit or the opener wouldn't work properly. On install day, the guy arrived promptly and efficiently installed the unit. He also took the time to show me the features and instructed me on how to use the various features. Very pleasant and friendly--sorry I forgot his name. The opener worked great and the job was very well done. I wish I had known about Distribudoors sooner--I would have chosen them over "X" for my garage door purchase and install. Just because "X" is a well-known discount business, it doesn't mean their outsourced services will be cheaper or better. I'd highly recommend Distribudoors over the several other garage door company I have dealt with in the past.

Bought the deal for a new opener. They gave a great evaluation. I was upsold a small service that was not included, but appropriate, not contrived. Terrific technician. Best Ive ever had at the house. Overall a wonderful experience.

I called at 4:00 on Thursday and they were out by 9:30 on Friday. The torsion spring was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Great service from a neighborhood company.

I contacted Jennifer at Distribudoors for a proposal, which she immediately e-mailed to me. I contacted her with some questions and requested a quote the next day. Heather contacted me for an appointment that same day to perform a site visit and finalize the formal quote. She spent quite a bit of time with us reviewing different door options. Their quote was much less than others I had obtained. This allowed us to upgrade the type of door we purchased (thicker insulation and steel backing). Once I accepted the quote, the work was scheduled to be done within two weeks. A specific date and a one-hour block of time was provided for the installer to arrive. He arrived promptly and proceeded to begin the work. It took him approximately 4 hours to complete the job. All work was accomplished to our satisfaction and all debris was hauled away. He left us a folder with maintenance and warranty information as well as the owner's business card. Very nicely done from informal proposal to install. Everyone at this company is wonderful to work with; such great customer service skills!

The salesman was very friendly and provided guidance on my choices given that the garage is old (1940's architecture). The workman arrived on time and made sure I did not have any other questions before starting the work. The work was completed within the day (I was at work while the job was completed).

The entire experience was very pleasant with Distribudoors. The owner was the one who gave us the estimate and very professional and respectful. The estimate was less than the others with more door (extra insulation and internal panels). The person who came to complete the work was equally as professional and respectful. He did a wonderful job and then explained everything to us very clearly. What we most appreciated was that he reinstalled and rewired the garage door opener that had previously been installed incorrectly prior to our purchasing our home. We will be recommending them to friends and neighbors.

Estimator was professional. Explained all options. When asked provided Angies List discount and manufacturer's discount. Installer came on the scheduled day. He was very helpful and knowledgable. Easily worked around obstacles created by hanging shelf over garage door entry and inconveniently placed attic access door. Analyzed situation, provided options, agreed to a course of action, then proceeded with work. Very pleased with results, courtesy and professionalism of installer.

He evaluated the problem. Gave two options and we suggested the more expensive permanent fix.

The technician arrive on time and he was friendly and professional. The service was performed without any issues. The technician advised that the rollers were probably closed to the end of their life. I upgraded to a better quality roller, which is so much quieter. There was actuall an Angie's list special for the maintenance and roller combo. I would definitely use this company again.

The job was performed on time and I appreciated the saleswoman who came to my house and took measurements and gave me a bid the time she was at the house and scheduled the job that day. I felt the price I paid for the door was reasonable and the door installer even said here is my personal card with my phone number if you have any problems don't hesitate to call me.

We took advantage of a deal for a garage door opener installation. It seemed like a great deal and was well worth paying for the install. The serviceman arrived within the 2 hour allotted time, asked a couple questions, described the process, and went right to work. I think he was done in an hour or so. Everything was cleaned up at the end including taking the old opener with him. I would definitely use the company again.

Called for an estimate on January 6th and scheduled an appointment the next day. I was certain the entire motor needed to be replaced and I was prepared to pay for a new unit. Researched and called three different garage contractors for an estimate. The main reason I was inclined towards Distibudoors was because the company trains and employs their own repair technicians. So when, Dusty, came out to troubleshoot, he immediately knew the problem-the main gear had to be replaced. We discussed the pros and cons of just replacing the gear versus replacing the entire motor. After a few minutes of talking, he reassured me that replacing the gear is sufficient for now and that the unit will most likely last another 5 to 7 more years. I took his suggestion and the garage doors are working better now than they have since we bought the house 4 years ago. In addition to completing the repair he checked the rollers, the springs and oiled any necessary part. Overall a GREAT experience. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone and will use their services again. Thanks Distribudoors.

My garage door coil spring broke, leaving the door locked down in the closed position, with my car trapped inside. I needed it fixed ASAP on Christmas eve day. Distribudoors came promptly, made the repairs, did a quick inspection of another door I was concerned about and assured me it was alright. The technician was courteous, professional, and competent. I don't think he charged me anything for the quick inspection of the second door, although I would say the $300 charge for the repair seemed perhaps a little high to me.
