This company is great. Their website is very informative and actually answered most of our questions for us which led us to purchase the Big Deal. They called us very quickly to schedule the install and were extremely flexible working our schedule. This was very appreciated. On the day of the install, one of their people called in sick and so our install was a bit delayed. However, they kept in contact with us the entire time letting us know where their technician was. In the end, they were only an hour late. The technician was very professional and friendly. He was full of information and answered all our questions. He worked quickly and efficiently not leaving any mess at all. We are really enjoying the new and quiet garage door. No problems at all. We will definitely use this company again in the future!

When I tried to get a refund they finally contacted me and I told them how I felt. I would not go to them for work.

Great. The install guy arrived on time, completed all the work in a timely manner, and now our garage doors are SO quiet! It's also nice to have garage door openers that work consistently (our old ones were from the 1980s and stopped working altogether). We are definitely going to have them back when we entirely redo the garage and replace other door parts.

Distribudoors was the only one of the three outfits we called that even returned our call. They were professional, punctual, and friendly each step of the way. They gave us just what we wanted and the result looks great.

The technician called ahead to say he would be a little early which was great. He was friendly, efficient, explained what he was going to do, how long it would take did a great job. The door opens like it was brand new, the belt system they installed is much quieter than the old chain drive. Really satisfied.

The company responded to our call quickly. We received an estimate for the work to be done which was reasonable. When the installation was done, the technician was on time and he completed the work as requested. He informed us about the system he installed and was very professional. I only have positive things to say.

Great! easy to schedule and the scheduler gave me options and figure out how to save me some money. He sent Dusty - his go to guy for jobs requiring creativity. Dusty was fantastic. installed the door opener with out any problems, demonstrated how to use it, made suggestions for placement of keypad and even moved the internal button a little higher per my request. Really good experience. Highly recommend this company. Cost includes opener, 2 remotes, safety sensors, interior switch, external keypad and 12 new rollers all installed.

Talked to Distrbudoors and they were very informative and helpful. They suggested a lower priced package that better fits my needs, so I am requesting a refund for the Big Deal I purchased. Am planning to have the company install a new garage door opener.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was great. He was prompt and cleaned up after himself. He was really good. I hardly knew he was there.

After purchasing the deal online at Angie's List, the company contacted me the same day and I had an appointment within a week. The employee who did the work showed up on-time, and he was very friendly and professional. After he was finished, my garage door opened more quickly and no longer squeaked and groaned as it opened and closed. Overall, very happy with the service and the company.

The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. They were prompt, cheerful & courteous. We used them 3 times on different occasions and with same excellent experience. This is why we used them to replace our garage door. Everything was done on time and looks perfect. We love our new door.

The serviceman was prompt, very polite, and professional. He gave good advice for maintaining the doors. A few things i was surprsied about were 1) the actual door opener was not part of the deal (i must have missed that detail). 2) He recommended reinforcing the doors (which -interestingly enough- he had the supplies). 3) He recommended changing -and had- new rollers, which i ended up doing. In the end, i ended up spending twice the original Deal, which was unexpected.

I submitted the request via their website and they promptly called me the following day to schedule the onsite visit. The owner, John Kocher was personable and thoroughly explained the process of replacing the doors. He took a few minutes to write up a quote for the Clopay Value, Value Plus and Premium Series doors. I chose the Premium because it came with a finished appearance on the interior side of the door and had "Goldbar" Lifetime hardware wty. I declined replacing the garage door opener and John had no problem with that. The only issue I had was that garage door opener, which had been working flawlessly for years, (ok, since the 1980's) began acting up by not opening and/or closing the door without pressing the button numerous times. An experienced DistribuDoors installer came out and made some adjustments and the opener began working. Unfortunately, a couple months later, the door opener bit the dust. I purchased an Angie's List Deal to get an upgraded garage door opener installed by DistribuDoors. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend DistribuDoors.

I had been having trouble with the garage door not going all of the way down. This didn't happen all of the time, but often enough to be annoying. Distribudoors tech came out and replaced many of the rollers, made sure all moving parts were clean and oiled and adjusted the light beam sensors so sunlight wouldn't interfere with the garage door closing. The tech was very professional.....on time, friendly, helpful, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and showed me how to make adjustments to the beam sensor in case I had a similar problem in the future.

It went great! I really liked the technician. He showed up on time and got right to work removing the old door and installing a nbew garage door. Mario did an excellent job. He was very informative and it was a pleasure to talk with him. Everything was very great. The new door is very quiet compared to the old door. I highly recommend Distribudoors and Mario.

The provider showed up on time and ready to work. The owner was willing to work around my schedule. The people I communicated with was courteous and friendly. The job was done in less time time than predicted. Took the time to show me how everything works. Will Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door services.

Mario was originally scheduled for 3PM, but called at 9AM after another job was cancelled, and rescheduled for 10AM, which was actually a better time. I had another appt. at 12 noon, but he assured me there was time enough, and he was all done at 11:35. He was thoroughly professional, and completed all the tasks deftly and quickly.

Initial contact with Heather at Distribudoors went well. She was professional and punctual. However, after promising an estimate the following business day, we were not provided with anything (no phone call or email). When I called her to inquire about the estimate, she was short and stated that she had other business but would return an estimate by close of business. Three days later and we still have not heard from Distribudoors (not even a courtesy call explaining the delay). Needless to say, we are going forward with another Angie's List contractor who was professional and responsive. I will NOT recommend Distribudoors to my friends and family.

I bought the garage door at Home Depot and they were the company contracted by Home Depot so I came on Angie’s List to see how they good they were. I found that they’re a good company and so I bought the garage door at Home Depot.
