One of the other estimates I got from a general contractor was for 3x as much, AND they planned to add on after the wall was opened. The bathroom specialists wanted 150% of what we paid, and I think we ended up with better results."

Laura was always available for us by email/text/phone, and met us in person at the DW showroom, our project site, and our residence- whatever was needed. 2) Conscientious installers. The folks who installed our flooring & tile took pride in their work and made suggestions on a few details that we didn't think about but probably would have regretted afterwards had they not brought them to our attention. I think that's a true tell for what you're getting with DW: everyone, through all parts of the business, is working to ensure a great end result.
