Description of Work: Provider made an appointment to come to my home and give me an estimate for the job. Never showed up. Never called to say why he didn't show up. Didn't return my phone call asking why didn't show up.

 + 0 moreTheir work was excellent. Their quality was great and their desire to make sure we were happy. We had six different contractors to choose from and Tim's customer service was the best. Anyone that views our patio says 'awesome'.

 + -1 moreDo get the estimate and all work to be performed in writing. Don't expect a great job at clean up when the job is finished.
Description of Work: We had a stamped patio poured. The overall stamping was average - texture and depth of the work was somewhat uneven. Looks good from a little distance but up close it is easy to see the flaws and uneven depth of the stamping.

Description of Work: Had exposed aggregate patio poured, approximately 3 + yards. The area was excavated by hand and the concrete had to be brought in with wheelbarrow. The whole patio was laced with re-bar and tied into an existing pour.

 + -1 moreWe have a gorgeous patio and I would highly recommend them. We looked at a lot of jobs and high end homes and his work was the best that we had seen. We have a very large patio (30 X 30) and were very worried about getting the work done right. He also was able to match perfectly another new step on our front porch. They make it a very customized experience and we couldn't be happier with the work done.
