First Class operation from estimate preparation to completion of each phase of their work. Always available to answer questions and provide color selection advice. I'm a perfectionist and they EXCEEDED my expectations!! I thought craftmanship was dead until I meet Kraig Barnes and his cadre of professional painters. Prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. Have recommended them to numerous neighbors and wouldn't even consider another company when I find myself needing the services of professional painters in the future.
Description of Work: Since my introduction to Paintcrafters-Plus, I have used them for all of my house painting needs. My home is 4500 sq ft, 2 story with a walk-out daylight basement. They have painted the outside of my home (including siding, trim and gutters), the complete interior of my home (including ceilings, window woodwork, sills & mullions, moldings and stairway stiles), sealed my concrete aggregate walkway and the brick fascia of my home.

Description of Work: We hired PaintCrafter's to finish some interior work and paint the exterior house and trim. They painted all base boards, put new base boards in a bedroom and painted those; painted the ceiling the same color throughout kitchen, family room, hallway and main floor living room. Painted about 15 interior doors. As soon as the weather permitted the exterior of the house completed in about two weeks working 4 days a week. The two man crew showed up at exactly 6AM and worked non-stop until 4-4:30. The work is impeccable and there was not a single drop of paint anywhere it was not supposed to be. They cleaned up every day before leaving. The project coordinator, Josh could not have been more responsive and I changed my mind about the color a couple of times. We received a detailed itemized estimate and there were no surprises. You map pay a it more, but it was well worth it.

They were referred to us by the building manager. We called to get a quote and they scheduled a time to come by and look at the space within a few days. We received the quote the day after they were here to look the place over. We took a week to decided between the quotes we received, then contacted Pain Crafters Plus to let them know they were our choice. They were able to start 3 days after we signed the paperwork. The actual work went one day longer than expected, but I believe that had more to do with the amount of our furnishings in the space that they had to work around. The painters were all very nice, respectful people and did a wonderful job.

Two experienced, polite painters started prompt at 6:00 am and left at 4:00 pm M-Th for 2 weeks. Clean up every night. Very responsive to our wishes and able the schedule in concert with bath room tile work that was transpiring at the same time. A very pleasant experience!
