+ -1 moreIt did not go well. They placed a tenant with poor credit on the premises and failed to collect a double deposit which they said they would for tenants with poor credit. Tenant had a history of late payment and they failed to follow up unpaid rent. They did not notify me rent was unpaid. I found out through a third party. Tenant left premises in a shambles and did not pay utilities. I had significant losses (clean up fees, unpaid rent) and requested Premier to reimburse me for $1500 which they refused to do. I no longer use Premier for rental management and do not recommend them.
Description of Work: Premier Realty has a property management division. They were supposed to manage the rental property for me. The cost of service mentioned here, of $750 is a placement fee and management fees for this rental.

+ -1 moreWe lived in another state but wanted to relocate to Gray's Harbor. We contacted Marge during a trip out here (on short notice) and she set it up for us to view several homes (that fit our criteria) in the short time we had. We found the home we loved and wanted but didn't initiate the transaction until we had left the state. That left Marge to coordinate all the paperwork and processing, long distance. We have now been in our home for six months and haven't been happier. We are very pleased with our home and thank Marge for all the effort she extended in order to get us in our home. Should we decide to purchase any other real estate in the future we will be contacting Marge. We will also be recommending her to friends and family.
Description of Work: Marge Golia of Premier Realityassisted us with locating and purchasing a home. Since we lived in another state, we had to depend quite a bit on Marge during the entire experience and she didn't let us down. She helped us understand all the aspects of purchasing our home. Much of the transaction required long distance communications and we had to depend on her for the bulk of completing the deal. We are relative novices at this current market and relied substantially on her expertise which we found to be extensive. Since so much of the transaction was long distance and we were only in the area a short time we had to monopolizing her time. However, she was prepared, courteous and generally concerned that we found the home we wanted. We just can't say enough good about Marge and our experience.
