concrete repair
+ -1 moreEven though we got a late start, the project went quite well. Brevard is a bit more at home on residential-type products, but he seems to know both worlds quite well. He worked well and was recommended by the local concrete provider and has good rapport with them. The folks that he uses to help him were also quite competent. He also provided a source for rock that was a bit less expensive than the standard go-to provider. He managed his way through some equipment issues and difficulties with very little down time. Since he was working more than one job, my job did take a bit longer than his estimate. Even though he was not at fault for the time overrun, he stuck with his original bid number except for obvious larger changes in scope. He took on some tasks that I gathered were not in his normal range and still did them quite well.
Description of Work: Excavation, preparation, scheduling, drainage work, concrete, storm drain and trench drain systems, both hard trowled and lightly broomed. Excellent appearance and good service.
