replacement windows
+ -1 moreIt took two phone calls and 6 days to be contacted by their estimator who lives in Grayland. Even though the company shows that it is open on Saturdays he was unwilling to come to our house to do an estimate on a weekend because he said, "it was inconvenient". When I told him that I was unable to be there on a weekday he said "he might" run by there and look. Now 14 days later, I have not heard from him. This seems like a precursor to the quality of service and responsiveness of the company.
Description of Work: I contacted this company to request an onsite bid for window replacement in a beach home in Grayland, WA. The amount shown above is my estimate of what I would have spent.
