Description of Work: Matt Seiple did a home inspection for us, very promptly, very professional. He impressed me most by crawling into the deepest darkest crawl space under the home, in winter to look for rot. He seemed genuinely invested in giving the most accurate picture of the property possible. His report was timely and clear, it could have been organized a little better and had more details bullet pointed. Regardless, I thought his inspection was generally and specifically excellent.
