Description of Work: I use Chippers for all my tree work, yard work, planting, clean-up. In this case they provided and planted a number of apple trees for us.

Description of Work: They worked on my lawn all last summer-2013. They were professional, courteous, thorough and brought my lawn from a weed ridden, moss infested yard to a lovely green lawn. No ticks, no grubs. I will have them continue this summer for sure.

Description of Work: I had a very old maple tree in my yard which had several major problems. Several large, dead branches were a threat to the house, and removing them seemed likely to badly disfigure the tree. Since it is the main provider os summer shade, I was anxious to save it, if possible. Two other tree services said it wasn't worth saving and should be removed. Chippers found a way to take out the dead parts, strengthen the rest and still keep it looking good.

Description of Work: We have an annual service contract with Chippers. They provide a natural treatment for the suppression of various insects and diseases on our ornamental trees. They also provide a fertilization in the fall.

 + 0 moreWe have had high quality experiences with Chippers overall. They are willing to advise on what you can do yourself to save costs. They are not pushy. If you want to save costs they will tell you how you can do it yourself and where to get the materials. They are a little pricey. We will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: This was a very large job consisting of removing and stump grinding many trees, selective pruning, and clearing without clear cutting. Job was completed early, and when they discovered that some of the stump grinding went faster than expected, they lowered the price. I not only WOULD use them again, I have already signed up to do so.

 + -1 moreThey did a very throrough and professional job on the trees and the surrounding bushes. A minor complaint is that the ruts where the equipment came in and out could have been better repaired. they ended up a little rough.
Description of Work: Removed two large trees. One had fallen against another and gotten hung up (a widowmaker.) The other was an old poplar which was very tall, had a rotten core and threatened the house if it fell the right way.
