+ -1 moreHow we became involved with Nolin's started with an altercation we had with one of their employees who yelled at us one morning threatening us with a fine for putting trash into our neighbor's bin. Our neighbor has employed Nolin's services to pick up one bin a week. She did not fill her bin and told us we could add to it. We called Nolin's main office to discuss the situation. We were unable to reach them and left town for Thanksgiving. Upon our return we found an invoice from Nolin's for two months service with no note or explanation nor any word from them on our answering machine. They also charged our neighbor a $6 extra bag fee even though our small bag fit in her half-filled bin. We found their approach to customer service antagonistic and infuriating.
Description of Work: We do not use Nolin's services.
