garbage collection
+ -1 moreAwful. Our trash went uncollected, and when we complained the response we got was, "Yes, our service stinks." We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau -- which is ironic since on their homepage they say they are a MEMBER. DON'T use these guys despite their homespun "family" image!
