Randy ( owner) quoted a price on pump and labor however, after completion of work his bill was $530 more than quoted. He misrepresented cost of pump and labor! Secondly, Randy has a problem with keeping an appointment or as he likes to say a miscommunication problem.

Our sellers hired Enviro Tech of VT to pump and inspect the tank prior to the closing as specified in our P&S. The technician that did the inspection said the tank was in "good" condition. We have now moved into the house and are having issues with sewage and draining. We called another company to come do an inspection today and immediately upon uncovering the top of the tank (only 6 inches down) the techs found the tank to be horribly cracked and unstable and in need of replacement. In addition to the tank, the main sewer line coming all the way from the basement to the tank needs to be replaced as well. I have very little experience with septic tanks but as soon as the other techs uncovered the lid of the tank even I could see there were major issues. Any basic inspection should have caught the issues with the tank. Needless to say we are furious.

I used Randy of Enviro Tech for years for cleaning my septic tank. Most people think P & P are the company to use. For pumping your septic Randy has superior customer service and doesn't push you into things you don't need like P & P AND he is at least $100 cheaper and gives you tips on how to take care of your septic so you don't have to call him so often.

Initially contacted company and call back was very prompt. Unfortunately, things did not go smoothly after that. This is a fairly small operation that I have used twice before without issue, but he was quite booked up this time. He tried to get me in one day, but got hung up and couldn't get there that day. Contacted me after that to reschedule and that fell through too. Promised to contact me again to reschedule again and he never followed through with that. After that I called another company who took care of me the very next day.

I predug the cover. Upon arrival the tank was pumped with no delay. The entire proccess was timely, thourgh and "clean".

We were very pleased with the service and education provided.

The job was done professionally. He had recommendations for brands of toilet paper that were better to use. He also recommended we add an additional year to our maintenance schedule. In a previous visit he left info about everything I needed to know about my septic system. He is always very knowledgeable and professional.
